Tidy and neat appartment with cute decorations. Lovely area near the sea (rocky beach), garden looking out to Etna. Quite a spacious pretty garden with useful furnituring such as outdoor dining table, chairs and big swimming pool. The area also has a parking space for both appartments. The house is located not far from Siracuse, Catania and other smaller cities, very comfortable to get there by car. There are also other guests in the other appartment, but private spaces are accuratly divided so you can feel intimate and comfortable. The Host's Parents live in the house nearby, they are lovely people, kind and helpful while very respectful of your privacy. The venue looks even better than on the Booking.com because of the old photos on the site.

There is no dishwasher in the appartment, which may be an inconvenience for some people. A washing machine is available in the maintance room outside, however there is no washing detergent provided. Last two days there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which may occur because of poor ventilation but it wasn't a big problem. The swimming pool is open only till 10 p.m., which is specific rather for bigger hotels and gives you less flexibility.

Great place, enjoyed our stay
