Property was in a lovely location, we found it a good base not too far from several points of interest for us with some quiet dog walks nearby. The cottage we nice, traditional , basic but comfortable and quite clean , ideal for us with the dogs .
Mostly a great stay in a lovely part of the world - a little constructive feedback- it would have been good to have some basic cleaning stuff- washing up liquid etc for example , and only one niggle, the dog poo piles on the grass outside the cottage, I had to clean a pair of shoes and there were a few piles to dodge which was a shame, but , otherwise we had a lovely stay .

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The location was peaceful, the cottage was comfortable, and the dashboard provided clear information before and during our stay. Communication was responsive throughout, and the property worked well as a base for exploring Loch Lomond, Falkirk and the surrounding area.
There were a few housekeeping issues that could be improved. We found a noticeable number of spider webs, spiders and flies (both dead and living) around the cottage, including some dead spiders beneath the pillowcases. The living room sofa also had hair and debris between the cushions. The vacuum cleaner appeared not to have been emptied for some time and was clogged, which made it difficult to use when tidying before departure. Some additional guidance on the heating controls and washing machine area would also be helpful for guests.

Open plan layout and location of the property. Views were lovely.
Not enough kitchen utensils in good condition, loose paving slabs on the patio, broken patio chair no choice of pillows.
