The Vatican area in Rome, with its world-famous Museums, St. Peter's Square, and Basilica, is one of the most recognizable places in the world. The apartment is located on the central Via Baldo degli Ubaldi, directly above the Line A Metro station. The area is residential, quiet and safe, exceptionally well-connected yet perfectly set apart from the overcrowded tourist bottlenecks.

BEDROOMS & FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Up to 10 Adults + 2 Infants)
All guests and infants are comfortably accommodated inside the 3 separate bedrooms, leaving the spacious living room completely free as a common social area during your entire stay.
Room #1 (The "Movie Room"): Dedicated to Hollywood films shot in Rome. It features 2 high-quality single beds (approx. 31" x 75") and a Queen-size sofa bed with a premium mattress. We usually keep it open as a ready-to-use Queen bed for larger groups, but if your party is smaller, we can close it to create an incredibly massive and spacious room. This bedroom grants direct access to the "Golf Club" balcony—a unique, private 3-hole putting green covered by a wooden roof with floodlights for all-weather practice.
Room #2 (The "Roma Room"): Decorated in classic early 20th-century Roman style. It features a comfortable King-size bed (approx. 63" x 75") and a premium fold-out single bed. When open, it features a real, high-quality single mattress (approx. 31" x 79"). If your group doesn't need it, it folds into a very charming, elegant little sofa, leaving extra space in the room. A complimentary baby cot/crib (up to 15kg) fits perfectly here.
Room #3 (The "Contemporary Suite"): A sleek, contemporary bedroom featuring top-tier Italian furniture. It features 2 premium twin bases (approx. 35" x 79") seamlessly joined to create a massive Super King-size bed (approx. 71" in width). It also includes a large matching dormeuse/daybed that serves as a highly comfortable single bed with a real mattress (approx. 31" x 79"). Made by the same manufacturer, the beds share the exact same modern design and height for a premium hotel feel. A second complimentary baby cot/crib can be added here.

Note: All beds feature brand-new premium mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton linens.

⚠️ CAPACITY RULE: Maximum 10 guests in standard beds. Up to 2 extra children (strictly under 5 years old) can stay in baby cots/sharing beds, for an absolute total of 12 guests. Extra guest fees apply for any guest (including kids) beyond 5 total people.

PARKING Free street parking is available on Via Baldo degli Ubaldi and adjacent streets. A secure, paid public covered garage is located directly in front of the building entrance.
