60th B day party for my Mom in Galena. This house is in a very convenient location close to historic downtown Galena. Due to extreme heat we did end up driving down to shop but if it was cooler we could have easily walked. The house was clean, cute, and well stocked with anything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! Nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I stayed in this beautiful coach house for 2 nights in July 2023. The location is great for walking to town. The house was very clean and had all the essentials you need. There is a bed and bath on the second floor, and another on the third- both beds were very comfortable.

The location was Great, GPS off a lil bit. There was a messy tree that our shoes dragged little buds in all the time. The key box was a little hard to open. The pool was not used because we couldn't figure out what or where to go. There are a lot of stairs. It is on three different floors. Missing was a home feeling. Little touches that make it feel personal. The beds were comfortable.

Beautiful home on so many levels! Beautifully renovated home very comfortable. Did I mention levels. 😃. 3 actually! Entry level has kitchen and small living space. A short climb to level two with bedroom/. Bath and living room and a nice deck. Another climb to bedroom and bath three. But as a local told us-hey, in Galena you have to climb everywhere. 😂

Excellent property with great location and very clean and comfortable. Only two things is water pressure is not good especially the upstairs faucet. and it has a lot of stairs if you are older or want the bedroom on the first floor. Otherwise highly recommended and will go back.

Girls weekend was great here, having 3 levels really worked out well for 4 pre teen girls. It was cute, cozy and warm. Not a good idea to run shower, bath and washer at the same time though….brrrrrrrrrr 😂 Would definitely stay here again.

Property description and photos were accurate but living areas are very small. Difficult for 4 adults to sit comfortably. Many stairs and some steep. The upstairs bedroom was so hot we were only able to sleep with the windows open during winter time. Water in upstairs bathroom sink only trickles out but shower nice. It was very clean but weird layout which happens when you have an old structure.

This Coach House is better than the description and pics. Short walk to shops and restaurants and very spacious. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months to take advantage of the deck. You won't be disappointed in this home. Very charming and has everything you would need for a stay in Galena.

We loved it. Had everything we needed. Loved the fire place and kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. We decided we want to come back in the summer to take more advantage of the outdoor area as well. Very close to downtown Galena. Other reviewers have commented on the stairs and while yes, a bathroom on the entry level where the kitchen/fireplace is located would be nice, it certainly was not a deal breaker for us. We really enjoyed our stay

Wonderful stay at the beautiful Coach house! Very clean and exactly as pictured. Didn’t cook at all while we were there, but had everything one would need. Beds and towels were awesome. There was major construction down the road, but the street will be very nice when finished. Didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely rent again, if back in Galena!

The Coach House was just as described and perfectly met our needs. We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed being able to walk to town to browse the shops and for dinner each evening. There is major construction right there at the end of the street, which confused our satnavs with streets being closed and makes for a bit longer walk to town right now. Also work noise meant our mornings started a bit earlier than we probably would have wanted on vacation, but really wasn’t that big of an issue. Once done, it will be an even more perfect place to stay.

My husband and I come to Galena every year for our anniversary and usually stay in a hotel. This was our first year bringing our baby, so we thought a house would be a better choice. This house was awesome for the three of us! Walking distance from downtown, took us about 5 minutes to walk each way. Very quiet, comfortable beds, clean. We put all three of us in the third floor master and it was plenty of room! Pictures make it look a lot smaller than it is. We are already planning our next stay here!

The walk to Main Street was quick, and the home itself was comfortable for five women (I slept on the couch, which was actually quite comfortable). The Coach House was absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay, and is nice and close to downtown (an easy walk). The house was clean and well cared for. My only complaint would be that the deck area was quite dingy looking (deck floor, railings, and table) and seemed in need of a good power washing. We spent a good amount of time out on the deck, and it would have been much more comfortable if it had been up to par with the rest of the property. Everything else was excellent! We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Galena. Thank you!!

Beautiful place and so unique
This place was beautiful and in a great locations that was a short walk to downtown. The Wi-Fi was not working for us but this wasn't a big deal since we spent so much time downtown Galena and sitting outside. It was nice being able to go to the Owner's Club and sit by the pool too. We had a great time!

A very nice cozy place, was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Not a place for elderly people because one of the baths does not have a shower and lots of stairs to get to the upper bedroom. Walking to town was not possible due to distance so we had to drive everyday.
