The decor, the hostess was very helpful, the location is great for acessing florencd
The mold in the bathroom (brown staining on the roof above the toilet) needs addressing, its a significant safety risk. It was extremely noisy, yet the only way to let cool air in was to have the windows open. Fly screens needed on the windows to stop the mosquitoes coming in.

excellent location- in the middle of old town, 2 minutes walking from train, bus and tram station. 2 minutes walking from river Arno. surrounded by good restaurants and cafes.
host Miki was very helpful- was checking with us if we are ok, very approachable and helping with information.
street a little bit loud on Saturday’s night, as people were partying.
