Good communication from host
No hand rail for steps down to apartment … very dangerous especially as I had my 90 year old father who struggles with walking.
No outside light working which is necessary when returning late.
Property would have been better if had separate toilet &/or another bathroom as 6 people trying to get ready for a wedding in a morning was like a military operation.
Would have been nice to have a designated car space

Very comfortable house which was perfect for 5 people. The host was amazing at communicating & helped us very quickly when we had an issue with the gate to the property.

Very clean and comfortable. Regulated heater that came on at night which was much appreciated as it was rather cold despite the season of the year.

The host was brilliant. Gave us all the information required prior to arrival and was at hand throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our purpose and the apartment had all the facilities we needed.
The beds were a little on the soft and spongy side for our liking so not as comfortable as you'd find in regular hotels. Also, there was slight inconvenience during morning hours due to ongoing work on the outside of the property. We were informed of this however prior to our stay. Apart from these, the experience was overall enjoyable.

Breakfast not applicable. Location reasonable, good for what we needed ie. cemetery for a funeral was 5 mins drive away.
The steps down to the door were dangerous, needs hand rails one each side, scruffy outside front door. Broken pot, garden seats were all over the place, two chairs and table outside was dirty, needs curtain in lounge and blinds in kitchen.

This spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed flat was ideally located for our visit to Cheltenham and the area. Many thanks to our host who handled all the arrangements for our stay efficiently and considerately. Vegans take note: Vegetus, one of the best plant-based restaurants in the area, is a mere ten-minute walk from this flat.

Everything. This accommodation has everything you could possibly want from a holiday let. Super-clean, comfortable, every facility could you want right down to ironing board and hairdryer. Excellent!!

Great location, lovely apartment very spacious, nice large shower, easy walk into town, very quite area.
Phil was very helpful quick to respond, will be recommending to friends and family.

Loved how spotlessly clean the apartment was. Great location. Great owner - easy to speak to, responded to questions beforehand. Apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Heated floor in the bathroom was a lovely surprise. The Spacious rooms Created a nice space to just relax in
A private parking space would have been ideal but I managed to get parked most of the time out the front of the building
