Il monolocale può ospitare un massimo di 2 persone, situato al piano superiore (secondo piano) si accede dall' ingresso tramite una scala e comprende una camera da letto, bagno cucina e terrazza. Tutte le camere da letto hanno condizionatori, i bagni sono forniti di lavatrici e le cucine attrezzate con tutto il necessario. La prima colazione è inclusa col vostro soggiorno e la troverete in cucina, include tutti prodotti imbustati singolarmente: croissant ,plumcake, tortine, yogurt o succhi di frutta, fette biscottate, marmellate, crackers, latte, the, caffè, acqua L'utilizzo del condizionatore è incluso nel periodo che va dal 1 giugno a fine settembre, per ulteriori utilizzi al di fuori di questo periodo contattare l' host, potrebbe avere un costo extra. Gli arrivi dopo l' orario di check in (14:00/22:00) hanno supplemento di 7 € ogni ora trascorsa. Durante il soggiorno non saranno accettati animali domestici.A 800 metri a piedi raggiungerete la spiaggia meravigliosa, a 400 metri troverete il porto per raggiungere le isole Eolie, e accanto vi è la stazione centrale dei bus per i collegamenti con Messina e Catania Aeroporto.
Casa Sole e Luna, located on the central Via Umberto I, is an old house, renovated and available for those looking for quiet, relaxing moments. The studio apartment can accommodate up to two people. Located on the upper floor (second floor), it is accessed via a staircase from the entrance and includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning, bathrooms have washing machines, and kitchens are equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is included with your stay and you'll find it in the kitchen. It includes all individually packaged products: croissants, plum cakes, tarts, yogurt or fruit juice, biscuits, jams, crackers, milk, tea, coffee, and water. Use of the air conditioning is included from June 1st to the end of September. For further use outside this period, please contact the host; there may be an additional charge. Arrivals after check-in hours (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) will incur a surcharge of €7 per hour. Pets are not allowed during your stay. The stunning beach is an 800-meter walk away, the port for trips to the Aeolian Islands is 400 meters away, and the central bus station for connections to Messina and Catania Airport is nearby.
