This little house provided clean, comfortable lodging for our extended family of 4 adults and 2 young children while my daughter and her husband moved out of their Merrillville apartment and waited to take possession of their new home in Dyer. Becky, the property manager, was very quick to answer our requests. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils; and the nicely decorated Christmas tree in the dining room was a nice surprise. The kids had fun playing with the toys and games stored beneath the TV and exploring the big yard despite the cold temperatures. I found the stairway down to the unfinished basement a little precarious to get to the washer and dryer but fortunately did not have to do laundry during our stay. I would book this house again if the need arises in the future.

Very nice place. Pretty spacious. Only thing is the door lock was a little tricky to get into when we first tried to check into the house(it took like 12 tries). After we got in it was fine any time we tried to open the lock.

I must say I was very happy with how clean the property was, very quiet and peaceful. We loved staying there! Thank you for having us.

Everything was great in the house, but come prepared to bring any food items needed. No pan spray, salt and pepper, or any other condiments at the house.
