We had a great time in this spacious home. It had much more space than we anticipated; the basement was awesome! The master bed was very comfortable. The house has everything you need and is well kept. Beach pass was a big plus. We would definitely stay at this house again!

This property truly has everything you could need. Lots of space for everything. Comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms. It's close to lots of shops or short drives to the beach. But the neighborhood was so nice and quiet. If we are ever around, I would defintley stay again

We just returned from our gorgeous Cape Cod vacation. we loved everything about the house: it was spacious, cozy and made me feel at home, each room was tastefully furnished, beds are perfect. My father and my husband especially loved the basement contained a pool table, they spent every evening enjoying and playing. We also like neighborhood, it is very clean, quiet, neighbors were very nice and friendly to us. Location of the house is so close to everything, our favorite was Joshua Pond and Dowses beach, both not longer than 8-10 minutes to drive. Special THANK YOU to our Landlord for parking streaker he kindly provided us. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommended this property to all our friends and relatives.

We had all the comforts of home. The location was excellent and we were close to stores, beaches, and lots of fun activities!

This rental suited our needs perfectly. It's central location allows good access to all of the areas on the Cape that we were interested in visiting. The house itself is very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the yard was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. Recommended!

Home away from home!
This rental had every we needed and more! Great neighborhood and nice updates. Location was very convenient to all the necessities and character that is Cape Cod! Owners were very responsive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

Place was great! Looked just like pictures from the listed. Very comfortable!
Overall experience was really good. Would definitely recommend this place to stay while in the area. Only 15 mins from Main Street Hyannis which worked perfect for our group. The house basically has everything you needed besides a hairdryer, towels and linens. Every things you would even think of was there. Two bikes in the garage, games, puzzles and even a putting green downstairs beside the pool table. There was a corn hole set in the gargage. Only issue we had was they did not supply towels or linens. Which I though was strange. I've never had this experience before renting from VRBO. But I will no know to complete review the amenities with any listed before renting to make sure of all that will be supplies. Overall again, great property.

We usually stay mid or lower cape so this was different for us. A bit of a hike to P-town and Chatham. Here you’re close to Hyannis and all of the shops, restaurants and ferries it offers. You’re also close to Plymouth and Boston so easy to go either way. The lower level with pool table was great to have, lots of extra room for a little larger group if needed. The accessories for the pool table could have been better and the outdoor shower needs some attention but over all i would absolutely recommend this home.
