Chalet Ai Ciar Iseo Lake, between lake and mountain
Chalet di montagna, immerso nella natura, a soli 8 km dal lago d'Iseo e da Lovere. Punto di partenza per escursioni. Ampi spazi interni ed esterni, parcheggio privato, piscina, campo da calcetto, parco giochi, barbecue, servizio e-bikes, pingpong, calcio balilla, palestra,12 camere con bagno ( fino a 45 posti) un salone delle feste,la saletta caminetto con soggiorno tv, la cucina attrezzata per 100 persone.
La parte migliore dello chalet è l'esterno perche' è immerso nel verde di una pineta dove accanto scorre un ruscello con la cascata a 20 mt e la casa piu' vicina si trova ad un km.
Il parco è attrezzato con barbecue , campetto di calcio,parco giochi,ping pong,bigliardino, parcheggio privato e piscina.
Ideale per famiglie, gruppi numerosi e feste private (per feste con animazione/musica sono richiesti a ogni partecipante 20 euro di cauzione contro i danni); il tutto curato nei minimi particolari, per una residenza veramente esclusiva e di altissimo livello. Biancheria (completa di 2 lenzuola, federe cuscino e asciugamano) facoltativa a 7€, noi forniamo coprimaterasso,coperte e cuscino. WIFI satellitare gratuito. Ebike Test gratuito. Piscina e Jacuzzi con contributo spese. Check in dalle 14 e check out entro le 11.

We had a great stay with a group of 24 people. Good kitchen and lots of things to do with children. Great hiking trails as well.

The chalet was in the most beautiful location surrounded by nature! The facilities were great, kitchen, pool, football, volleyball and bbq (although not allowed to use on your own as it is expensive, totally understandable!)
The area is amazing to walk around. It's about a 20 min drive from town and up a lot of mountain roads with a lot of turns, so definitely get all your food and stuff to stay up in the mountains for a few days. The owner was very helpful, friendly and accommodating and his children helped with translating to English. There were extra charges for sheets/towels, to use the pool and to use the hot tub and ebikes, so make sure you bring cash for these things.
Would totally stay again!

There were great facilities for the kids - lovely pool, football pitch, tennis table, table football, volleyball net, so the kids were entertained - a big plus! But inside the accommodation is dated and the bathrooms and mattresses need improving. Kitchen equipment was tricky to use but we just about managed. Very pretty spot but the owner lives right next door and another holiday let on site shares the pool, so it wasnt a private site at all. Also lots of tourists kept visiting our chalet and trying to walk in because there is an old hotel and restaurant sign on the front. So we had to keep all our possessions locked inside the house. I think the advert should make it clear that there are other people on site and also the hot tub is in the other holiday let not this one so the photos are deceiving. This place has a lot of potential but we were a bit disappointed with the lack of privacy and the beds and bathrooms. The owner is friendly though and available to help if we needed something.
