We loved our stay here - all the reviews we read are spot on. Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Location could not be better - close to all the things we wanted to do - eat, shop, beach, turtles, Hana, Haleakala … cannot say enough good things. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful house, clean and perfect for a group. Paia town a quick 6 minute walk and beach about 10 min walk. Lovely shops, restaurants etc all close by.

The pictures don't do it justice, the house is stunning! Lots of room for 7 people age 19 to 65. Loved that we could walk down the hill to restaurants and especially to the beach! And my tall boys loved the shower heads that were tall enough!

We booked the Paia home for our first official family vacation to Maui. We are so glad we did! Our goal was to experience Maui like the locals and we achieved that by staying in this home in this quaint little town. Home was clean, spacious, and ideal for our family of 5. It was close to everything we wanted to experience; a few miles from family friendly beaches, walking distance to local eateries and a luau venue, cute shops to buy Hawaiian apparel and souvenirs, less than an hour from the summit of Mount Haleakalā and the starting point to the road to Hana. We loved every minute of our vacation and looked forward to returning to this home each day to rest, relax and rejuvenate for our next day of adventures and exploring all the wonderful things that Maui had to offer. The views from the backyard are amazing; especially when the sun rises. We loved seeing all the various flora and fauna of the island. We will definitely be back again! Highly recommend the Paia home for families seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The house is so spacious and comfortable. There are amazing views of the sugar cane fields which had a brown sugar scent and awesome ocean view too. Just as important is the location. We were able to walk to town and truly enjoyed Paia. We will happily rent here again.

Wow, do we feel lucky to have snared this property for our recent Maui vacation! This year's annual summer trip with our two adult children, their spouses and two grandkids (ages 8 and 6) was a winner in every way, all because we had this lovely and welcoming "home base" to come back to after exploring our favorite Hawaiian island. Everyone in our group loved the light-filled rooms, tasteful decor and spacious open floor plan (which still provided plenty of places -- like an airy atrium -- to escape for some quiet time). The well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for the avid cooks in the family, and the kids couldn't wait to jump into the cute outdoor shower and onto the shaded, grassy lawn after a fun day in the sun and surf. It was a joy to wake up almost every morning to a magnificent sunrise -- seen clearly from the comfy master bedroom -- and to wind down on the roomy deck -- cocktail in hand -- while viewing a breathtaking afternoon rainbow. On those rare cloudy mornings when no one felt like climbing into a rental car, the short walk to the beach, grocery store, coffee shop/bakery, unique retail stores and restaurants in quaint Paia made it easy for every family member (young or old) to stay entertained and off their phones and laptops. After dining and window shopping in busy, crowded Lahaina on our last day on the island, we were even more convinced that booking a stay at this "tucked away" gem was the very best choice we could have made!

Beautiful home, great location. The beach and the shops were a short walk from the property.

We had an amazing time at the Paia family house. There were 8 of us ranging from adults, teens, and little kids. It was close to the shops and restaurants but you didn’t feel like you were squished in with all the other tourists. It was also the perfect place to stay, while still being about to drive around the island to different locations. We had PLENTY of space for all of us. The whole house is beautiful, clean and the yard space and lanai are gorgeous!! We loved every moment of our stay here.

Aloha! Eight of us came to Maui to enjoy the beautiful island and we’re so overjoyed when we stepped in to this home! I got huge thumbs ups from 4 different teenagers, which in itself is extraordinary! We had four teenagers, a toddler, and three adults and never felt on top of each other at any point. There was more than enough room to spread out and get some personal space and time to relax. Everything is so well appointed, Greg was the perfect host and even helped us by adding an extra day when our flight was canceled. Everything from top to bottom was wonderful. I highly recommend this house, and I will continue to rent it whenever I’m in Maui. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us - two families with with teenagers. The adults could bike right from the house or drive to a nearby beach for kiteboarding or winging. Kids were on their own - could walk to town or the beach. Restaurants and shops were perfect. The house was in excellent condition and had all the amenities we needed. We loved cooking there and eating out on the back porch. Heavenly! We’ll be back for sure!

Paia is cute little beach town with friendly people in this little community! Definitely loved the Home and perfect for our family of eight! Great for dining in, ordering in and hanging out with your loved ones!!! Definitely will stay again!
