Ubicato in Seaside Park, questo delizioso condominio a 228 € per notte è un eccellente opzione per il tuo prossimopausa. Cerchi la vacanza perfetta sulla spiaggia? Questa bellissima proprietà si trova a un isolato dalla spiaggia ea circa 2 isolati a sud dell'inizio del lungomare di Seaside Heights! Il quartiere è sia tranquillo che familiare. Recentemente è stato completamente ristrutturato con nuova cucina e bagno; nuove piastrelle in ceramica e pavimenti in vinile in tutto. All'esterno ha DUE docce, mobili da giardino e DUE barbecue a gas per divertirti con i tuoi amici e familiari! Saranno inoltre forniti sei badge sulla spiaggia di Seaside Park. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale e c'è un futon nel soggiorno.

Loved the location , great set up , loved the outside showers !

Could not have asked for more . The place was nice and clean as was communicated things were as described and detailed in the emails. Questions were quickly answered.
The proximity to the beach and board walk was accurate.
Quiet neighborhood with friendly people as we went about having fun.
Everyone in the family enjoyed the unit we stayed in .
Already I am being promoted to plan a return visit for a Longer Stay .
Great memories were created in a beautiful relaxing environment.

This listing looked nothing like where we stayed. It advertised Wi-Fi we did not have Wi-Fi the entire week they said they were working on it but nothing I had to drive to other spots to answer emails for work also I have teenagers with me with no Wi-Fi which was a nightmare. Thought we were staying in a cute little bungalow when we got there we realized our unit was all the way in the back of a bunch of stairs and this unit looked nothing like the photographs not even the wall colors or paint was the same very deceiving.

Very small, not the cleanest/well kept. Beds were terrible and the bathroom was so small it wasn't useful. Paid way too much, luckily we only slept there.

Overall great place!
Probably one of the better ones we stayed in. Only issues we had was no wifi until the 3rd day due to previous renters taking things not belonging to them. And the ac didnt cool the top floor below 75 degrees. Other then that great location to the beach! Boardwalk was only a short walk away too! Enough beds for 6, even though we had only 4. Would definitely stay again!

Host was accommodating, providing extras since we we’re flying in from out of town.

The property was exactly what the photos lead us to believe. The communication was great. The process was super easy. 2.5 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from the start of the boardwalk. I wish we would have booked a longer stay.

Perfect location for beach time
The location was great—the place was nice albeit needs some TLC (a few broken window shades and torn window screens). Loved all the windows and sunlight. You can’t park in driveway but we found free street parking right outside. We would consider this place again for a quintessential Jersey shore vacation.

Last tenants old soap too. Gross. They said no Cars in driveway yet there was one tenant parked there all weekend. Gas grill was all busted looking. I have pics to prove. We had a good time but we’re disappointed the apt want as shown in Pics. We wee fam of 6 and the table only sat 4. In the pic it sat 6. I ate on the couch. beds uncomfortable and so noisy my wife and I counldny you know what. I would not go back

Nice for a quick getaway
Cute place for a quick getaway. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Place was clean when we arrived and any questions were responded back to very quickly. We had a great time. Possible new place to go to.

Perfect for quick weekend getaway
We rented the property for the weekend. Beach is a little crowded. One of the things I love about the beach is the outside shower. Don't plan on using this one.
The property is no frills but perfect. Bring the linens, pillows, blankets, cover for futon couch, hand towels for bathroom, paper towels, kitchen sponge, salt/pepper, pam cooking spray, dish soap... Property is staged in photos and bare bones when you arrive.
But overall, it was perfect for what we needed. Walk home from beach for lunch, 3 blocks from the start of the boardwalk but also far enough away.

Mini vacation
Me, my kids and my girlfriend enjoyed a quick weekend at Nick's apartment. It was perfect for our needs and even with 1 air conditioner it kept all the rooms nice and cool. Definitely will be back!

Great location, little different from pictures
Overall we had a great time staying at this property. The location was perfect for what we had planned to do in Seaside- 2/3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk as well as food, groceries, etc. Also, even though there was no parking allowed in the driveway we had no trouble finding street parking right outside the apartment. However, the pictures are a little nicer than what the actual apartment looked like when we entered. No decor, table mats, bed linens, garbage bags, toilet paper or towels. Also, communicated through three different individuals on information about property. Those things aside, we had an overall great stay.

How was perfect size and location for a small family.
Great place and a great location, they supplied beach tags for each person staying. It a walk from the downtown boardwalk but far enough where you don’t get the noise and distractions...great place would love to come back!!
