Questa splendida residenza cittadina è un'ottima base di partenza per tutte le tue avventure di Asheville! Situato in posizione centrale, ma privato, Winterhawk Drive è immerso in oltre 4 ettari nel sud di Asheville. Questa casa di città super pulita di 3300 piedi quadrati dorme comodamente 16 con opzioni di letti aggiuntivi che consentono fino a 20+ ed è perfetta per riunioni di famiglia, ritiri, feste di matrimonio e altro ancora. The property is incredibly well suited for groups. Sheila has created a perfect home to host family, friends or (in our case) multiple families. She has everything you could ever need in the kitchen, large living spaces to congregate, lots of toys, plenty of beds, and clean bathrooms! The listing was perfectly accurate, and the floor plan allowed us to map out room arrangements before arriving (a huge help with kids!). Sheila was also extremely communicative and accommodating -- even allowing us to check in early and check out late! She is simply lovely, and we had the best time at her property.

This property was perfect for our family as we transitioned homes. Plenty of space for everyone as well as a FULLY stocked VRBO with all of the amenities you need to truly feel at home. Interaction with the property manager was timely and efficient as well!

We are a group of six college friends who met back in the 70s. We wanted to organize a girls' trip together to see Biltmore and wanted a place where everyone could sleep in a real bed. This lovely home exceeded our wildest expectations! It is large and the furnishings are beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked with more than we could have expected - coffee, tea, and all that goes with that. A basket full of snacks. Dishes, glassware, silverware, a dishwasher, storage wraps and baggies. The bathrooms had a multitude of towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the mountain greenery, close proximity to airport, Biltmore, and Asheville. The host was great! She checked in with us via text several times to see how things were going. I have only wonderful things to say about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was wonderful. Could not have been improved upon. The game room wasAn added bonus for ALL! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
