Location to cafes and shopping. Super Marche 500m. Specialist cheese shop nearby.

Upon arrival the placed reeked of cooking smells, I had to open the windows, plus I cleaned the place before use. We had to pay for the sheets and towels this I don’t mind but the quality was awful - old and shabby and only 1 towel each for five days “yuk”. It wouldn’t cost a lot to provide nicer quality sheets and towels and duvet cover. Charlotte the agent said that guests steal pillows, sheets well we are from New Zealand and have no interest in stealing, however because a 400 euro damage deposit is asked for surely this would cover theft. It would also be helpful to have fully stocked shower cleaners, hand soap and other cleaning products. When Charlotte came to inspect the place on our final day she was shocked that I had thoroughly cleaned the place she said thank you. The damage deposit should be via Booking.com we had to go and find an ATM and withdraw 400 euro - not ideal!

location was great Right opposite ski lift restaurants and bars around and local shops closed in November

communication and check in, shower head broken, heater in bedroom broken, the heating was not on when we arrived so very cold we also had to find where to turn on water
