Very nice room and spa bath. Room was very clean and provided with all the necessary. Kitchen provided with snacks, drinks and everything you might need. Perfect location if you like nature and tranquillity. No one and nothing around you. 15 mins by car from Logrono.

We never met anyone of the staff. They left instructions of how get into the room but they don’t speak English at all. So we tried with our basic Spanish. The first room wasn’t the one booked so we had to call and wait again to get the right keys and try to communicate with them which wasn’t easy. They never offered to come down to fix the situation. They never showed up. Not very pleasant after a long trip when you just want to relax but instead you have to self service check in. Breakfast is from 9.30 for 4euros per person. we’ve asked if was possible anticipate at 9am because we had to leave soon otherwise no problem and they said yes. Nobody ever showed up, not even at 9.30. They don’t take very seriously this job I guess. If you work with tourists I think you should be able to communicate at least the basics.
