My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the house on Lake Hamilton. The home was spacious and provided everything we needed for a lovely stay. Our host, Kay, was wonderful and very accommodating. We will definitely go again when we visit Hot Springs!

We enjoyed our stay. Kay's home was clean, was very well maintained and was decorated nicely. It had a warm, comfortable atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again and would gladly refer our friends to it. It was a great location and was in a quiet neighborhood.

The pictures are beautiful and in person this home is too beautiful for words. It is spotless and has everything we needed. Kay was wonderful and made sure everything was just perfect for our stay. We would have stayed on three more nights if she had not been booked. We will continue to come back and will tell everyone about this beautiful home and area. She went above and beyond. The house couldn't have been more perfect. It was very comfortable and a very convenient location. We had a small, extended family gathering that the house set up perfectly for. And our host, Kay, was very nice and helpful. I have been to Hot Springs a number of times and this property is definitley my favorite.

The property was beyond expectations. The house was well equipped with everything needed during our stay. The house was near to everything we had planned to do in Hot Springs. The neighborhood was great for walking / jogging. We enjoyed the back deck, including the bird santuary - there were nesting baby birds on the deck / the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meal preparation / the jetted garden tub was a winner / the audio - video equipment pentiful / the upkeep of the house was exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house on Lake Hamilton. We were able to make ourselves at home and even took our dogs with us and had nice walks in the evening. The cuisine was delicious and went twice to the Fisherman’s Warf.

Honestly, it was just perfect. The house, location, amenities, and everything was awesome. The back porch was the best. Host communicated in advance and timely. You cannot go wrong here.

My friend and I decided to do a last minute weekend getaway. Chose Hot Springs area as a halfway meeting point for both of us. So glad this home was available. Comfortable home . Had the essentials The beds are high off the ground, but each bedroom had a step available to accommodate. Location is nice and easy to get to and from downtown.

It is hard to summarize the week we spent here, as everything was perfect and would almost have to describe each and every aspect of this home to be fair. My wife and I live in south Texas and her sister and husband live in North Carolina. We used to camp a lot with them but have sold our motorhome as we approached our mid seventies. We would still would find a way to alternate between residences to see each other about once a year, but we hadn't seen them since the covid pandemic. We looked into the possibility of meeting midway in between to reduce the driving for both of us. We were familiar with Hot Springs as it was a favorite spot for us to camp when returning from their home on previous trips, and they had never been there so we both started looking for a good destination facility. Boy did we nail it. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, the wood burning fireplace, the great TV's, the monitor in the office which plugged right into my laptop, and the overall location of the home with the ability to get to the many sights we visited within 30 minutes. Definately will be reconsidering a return encounter if and when it works out for the four of us in the future. Thanks again Kay for the use of your beautiful home, your decorating prowess is unmatched in all of our experiences, unbelievable!

The layout of the home is so functional. Extra details provided for those traveling with a pet. There is fenced space, doggie door and a trash can conveniently placed outside, bonus for the nearby dead end street for the morning walk. Lots of extra touches for the humans too such as coffee and tea bags, mineral water, and.... too many to list. Host responds promptly to questions or concerns. Easy drive to all the attractions. I highly recommend this host and property.

Good weekend for spending time with friends

Kay is exceptionally responsive to her guest. A+ Kay. Her home was quite comfortable and the decor is better than the photos led me to think. I enjoyed the color choices Kay has in her home. It was nice to see something other than a safe beige, brown, gray or black. The home is very nice and quite comfortable. It does not exude a "do not touch feel". Our away home had everything you could need for meal preps (lotsa pots, pans, utensils, dishes, spices, and so much more). We stayed when the "artic blast" came through. Kay was so nice and brought firewood in incase we wanted to make a fire. Our Furbaby (service pup) seemed happy too. Thanks so much for our homey away place Kay. I almost forgot the Christmas tree and snowflake light were nice to see too. I loved her festive Christmas Mice on the mantle too. Any hoo, I don't think you'll be disappointed if you stay at Kay's home away from home.

Kay's property is even more beautiful than the listing! All the comforts of home and great communication with the owner. Easy drive into Hot Springs but on a quiet, cozy street. Dog friendly big plus for us!

...and a wonderful hostess. Kay checked in with us several times and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Her home is truly magnificent and tucked away from the maddening crowds but still very easy to find.

Accurate description of property and good communication.

Kay's house is beautiful, the photos online really don't do the place justice! The area is peaceful and feels very safe whilst being only 10/15 mins from Hot Springs downtown. The house has a huge family area which was great for us as we could always see the 3 y/o as she played. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and grill. We couldn't have asked for more from Kay as a host, she is friendly and helpful (we loved the notes dotted around the house) and gave us a generous amount of local information. We hope to come and stay again soon!

The house was clean and very well maintained. Much nicer than my own house. The owner kept in touch by text whenever we needed to get an explanation or question answered.

2 of my high school girlfriends and myself stayed recently and we had a wonderful stay. The house is just perfect for a getaway and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to the lake. Easy to find and the host was easy to reach. 3 bedrooms and a lot of room. The house has everything you need and Kay is wonderful to deal with. The price is just right. Very close to the downtown area.

We were in Hot Springs for a pickleball tournament at the convention center. Kay's lovely house was the perfect place for our group of four. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to downtown and restaurants. Kay was very responsive tp all of our questions.

Great location nearby the national park, clean, comfortable, and spacious house with a fab covered patio. Would definitely come back!
