Very spacious. Far bigger than the photos show.
Balcony at the front was great for dining albeit having to bring meals up from the kitchen. Handy location for the beach and for the bus/tram into the city centre
A little bit dusty in places although that was mostly down to all the charming ornaments out on the side so tricky to keep spotless.
Better use could be made of the outside space at the front and rear with more seating options. The TV in the kitchen/diner would be better in the living room

There are a few places to eat right nearby, including a chain pizzeria serving good pizza.
It’s close to a bus stop with services to the city centre.
The building has a charming atmosphere, and the kitchen and living room are decorated with lots of knick-knacks.
There are lemon trees in the garden, and wisteria winds its way up the balcony.
Communication with the owner via WhatsApp is smooth and efficient.
Perhaps we could find room for one more toilet and/or fit a shower in the one on the ground floor.

The house is more beautiful than I expect. The picture doesn't show enough, you will feel very comfortable when you live there here
