Everything was perfect! The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Our host was super friendly and provided us with a lot of useful local information. The location is great, just a 30 minute walk to the city center, but there is also a tram station very close by if you prefer public transport. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything was great from start to finish, so we have no complaints at all.

Tutto stupendo!
Tutto perfetto.

Anna took care of us like we were family! Such a beautiful surprise to meet someone so kind and considerate. Also, you know how usually when you go to apartments or airbnb type properties, the kitchen utensils feel a bit shady? And you get the icky feeling that hundreds of people have used them?
It was for the first time in our experience this was NOT a problem, everything was so clean and smelled fresh - everything in the kitchen, but also in the rest of the apartment. It was such a pleasure to spend our Florence holiday there and if we ever come back we will definitely choose to stay there again.
The attention to detail was insane, we had everything we needed and more. And everything was so carefully packaged and displayed. Amazing!
Thank you!
There was nothing not to like!!

Our stay was great! The place is very near to the T2 tram station and only 4 stations away from Santa Maria Novella ( main station and city centre). The room was absolutely great! Clean, spacious and with lot of amenities. I must separately mention our host Anna, she was wonderful! She met us in person when we checked in, explained the room details, and printed out all the necessary details to enjoy Florence properly ( she also gave us a document explaining the famous foods to try out in Florence , which was super nice!)
I recommend this property to everyone visiting Florence.
