We loved sitting on the porch to drink coffee, play games, and watch the sunset.
The refrigerator in our room didn't work but there's a communal refrigerator in the reception area that everyone can use. We didn't care for the lack of privacy in the toilet area.

The views were great. The location was good.
The property is next to a busy road so could be noisy. The pictures also made the property seem bigger than it is. Some of the furnishings (e.g. the bathroom cabinet is warped and some of the wooden poles on the balcony railing have rotted so if you leant against the railing, that part of the railing gives way, making it not very safe) could do with a bit of care and attention.

Beautiful property with an absolutely incredible view - especially the sunset!

The communication with the host was reactive, when not lacking. No answering of WhatsApp messages, no keeping up promises to advise when the room is ready.
The place needs some maintenance.
The price is too high for what your get.
