Location is great and luckily it was quet enough as the windows are facing to the back yard not the main street. Mattress on beds are comfortable. Very clean apartment.
We had a bad luck and had no hot water at all for the first 2 days (it was weekend),but the property owner got the boiler fixed on Monday morning.
Didn't really like the shower as it has no hand shower had just one in fixed position above head which is not ideal for woman and little child too (hair gets wet every time you shower).
Pillows are a bit firm.

La comunicación fue muy buena. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo que se anuncia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias. Totalmente equipado. Lo recomendamos, pasamos tres noches agradables. También hay un restaurante ideal a precios justos: Master Hots.
No funcionaba el radiador de pared ubicado en el baño y pieza.

Creo que deberían renovar colchón, almohadas y sábanas
Ofrecer agua o café para tomar a deshora sería un detalle agradable

Location was great. View was beautiful.
No hot water for 3 days with a family of 5. They came to fix it but still we didn’t have hot water on last night. So out if 6 days, we had no hot water to shower 4 days.
Air conditioning was leaking outside on the balcony so we had plumber coming to look at it one day. Just wasn’t ideal for us so we stayed out until they left the Appartment.
Wi-Fi was super important and we were stuck with one day of no access to Wi-Fi.
6 days stay with 5 adults and only 2 rolls of paper. I called the property concierge and he was nice enough to bring us a pack of 4 rolls. Just didn’t feel valued in this Appartment. Attention to details was very much lacking. The Appartment needs more attention to detail in my opinion.

The location is really good. Its in central just few walk away you can find grocery store and good restaurants.
All was good, only if you have big stroller the lift is pretty small so you have to fold this up.

Great location. Staff were friendly polite and gave us tips where to eat ferries etc very roomy Nice view over bay of Naples and Vesuvius
Booking.com don't mention the city tax payment which must be paid in cash on your departure we only found out on arrival about this and came to 65 euros. So please take this into consideration

great view of the ocean and lemon grove.
property was clean and tidy. bedrooms were cozy and had comfortable beds and decent pillows.
great location and walking distance to everything (ie to middle of town, port, train and bus station).
air con remote was broken and we couldn’t turn on in the main room however the room was fairly cool (in May) so it didn’t bother us much.

Apartment is in a great location with good facilities. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice balcony and view.
There was no laundry detergent, spices (not even salt), napkins. You had to go through three doors to enter. Need key to exit building. Almost got locked in when checking out.

Perfect location, confortable apartment and a beautiful view. Also it is very quiet as the rooms are not oriented to the street.
The kitchen utilities : the coffee machine was not working on the induction cooktop, the knives did not work at all, some wine glasses would be nice to have :)
The checkin is not very flexible, a self check-in would be perfect in some situations.

Convenient location, bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the stove, but they came to fix it.

Beautiful view of snow-topped mountains and the sea from the apartment and balcony. Spacious apartment.
Location is convenient (approx 10minutes) to access trains and buses, restaurants and supermarkets.
We had to wait almost 1 hour in the rain to check in, despite giving over 1 hour notice of our arrival time.
The bathroom had a horrid drain smell and the water was cold. Once reporting the cold shower water this was repaired the following day.
The kitchenette utensils were scarce so we were unable to use these facilities, the large fridge was useful though.
On our second night there was a power cut in the apartment. It was very cold for our January stay but we were unable to use both bedroom heaters at the same time as the electric would shut off.

The apartment is located in the central area, close to shops and everything. It's big and has an amazing view of the sea, it's fully equipped and has everything you need to have an amazing stay. It was very clean and the wifi works perfectly. the views from the balcony are to die for. Special thank you to our host Francesco, we had a health scare in the family and he called an ambulance for us and offer his help to translate anything in case we need it. thank you again for that gesture.

Perfect location, great size - room for 6 adults easily. Very good value for money. Clean, tidy and very helpful host Valentina. Would definitely stay again.

The room had a kitchen and a nice bathroom with a laundry wash. Clean room and we had ample space for 2 people. Nice view from balcony.

Lots of reasonably priced and delicious restaurants near the place. A block away, there's this restaurant people would queue. Our room's view was Mt Vesuvius. It's nice to have wine and relax while viewing the magnificent mountain. There's a grocery, Deco, around 7 minute walk that sells great steak cuts. Furthermore, our host, Valentina was very helpful and pleasant to talk too. She was really attentive to all our queries which made our stay ultra comfortable and glitch free. The apartment was really comfortable.

The apartment is on the main street. All shops and attractions are close by : train station, bakery, beaches,travel agency for one day trips.The coffee shops and restaurant are on the street. The apartment was one room, even though it was on the main street, it was very quiet because the apartment was on the other side.

The accomodation was lovely and clean and in an ideal location. The host Valentina was so helpful and friendly and gave us loads of recommendations for Sorrento
It was quite noisy at night, bring ear plugs
It would have been nice to have been provided with fresh towels at some stage through out the 5 days

Amazing authentic surroundings close to the center. Fantastic view to the sea and lemon trees. Beautiful rooms. Professional and very helpful, always reachable and responding hosts. They were waiting for us with a map of Sorrento marked with interesting and recommended places for us. They also offered programmes which we tried and it was really special and memorable (visiting a local farm to see how mozzarella is made and we tried out a lot of local specialties). Close to the accommodation there are nice authentic cafés and shops. So we really enjoyed our time and the place!
There were some minor cases in the flat (no sponge; not enough bright lighting in the living room; since the kitchen is very well equipped we expexted some basic food like sugar, salt and oil but were none of them), but no flats are perfect and it didn't change our opinion that this place is really worth to stay.

Great view - orchard, sea and far away even the Vesuvius

Blinds helped block the sunlight in the morning.
Good value for money.
There is a 30EUR fee if you arrive later than 8 PM. We arrived at 7:40 PM, so did not have to pay it, but maybe people should be aware of it.
Annoyingly squeaky bed.

Was disappointed that the photos on Booking.com were a mixture of 2 apartments so thought we were going to get a fantastic view from the balcony but the apartment we had we did not use as it just overlooked other apartments.

The place was very comfortable. Location was fairly good. It was very clean. Stefania is a gracious host, even bringing us some lemons and lemon cake.
The apartment wasn't the configuration we were expecting. We thought there was a sitting area, but evidently it was in her other unit. We had some problems with the washing machine, but she had it fixed the next morning.

Fantastic apartment. Bed's where really comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay, including an electric kettle, which is not easy to find in apartments in Italy!
The hosts where so helpful, providing our group with lots of information on the local area, and beyond. They even dropped us off some Oranges and Lemon's from there garden.... WiFi worked really well.
Loved it, can only recommend the apartment....... We all wished we could have stayed longer.😊
