Arrived and receptionist was finished and looked at us through window. We had to wait 60mins for keys, no bed linen was available (so we had to sleep on a bare mattress) and the carpark barrier would not let us in for 30 min. I complained at the desk the next morning and checked out.. Carolina and Nathalie apologized and said confusion was due to it being first day of opening. They said they will only charge me for the first night and would refund me the difference of the nights I did not stay. I have yet to see the refund for the nights I didn't stay.

Great selection of pools and slides from toddlers, kids to teenagers. great Balneo section with whirlpools for adults only. A A great thing was that Security was supervising constantly the slides to avoid misuse by kids and thus accidents.

The poor WiFi coverage in some areas, although is fairly priced.

Absolutely everything! The choice of pools was lovely and the spa/massage area was just what the doctor ordered. The facilities on site were everything you could possibly need and the staff were incredible, nothing was ever too much hassle.

Not enough food in shop, limited choice, so couldn’t cook for whole week very well. Our cutlery wasn’t clean when we arrived, and dead spider on bed. Unable to wear swim shorts in swimming pool.
