It was a clean, open, industrial space. Ingenious use of space…
I loved the black curtains that shut out the light for sleeping and the location in the courtyard..

The location of this property is excellent. It is really close to a Metro and a huge Monoprix so you can buy food for the apartment. It is really spacious with beautiful lighting. It is very well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook for yourself what is also close to a lot of good restaurants and really nice bars.
As other people have said it really needs a new sofa bed. It wasn’t very comfortable and definitely not suitable for adults. We had a 10-year-old child in it and it was okay. Someone has done a repair on it with earthing wire!!!

We liked the location and the appliances (Micro-wave was missing).
It's an expensive bargain for a flat with not a one normal window in the whole flat.
The only window is the entrance which faces the public entrance to the building. This is an information that fairness demands it to be known in advance, and the price will be accommodated accordingly.
There are two rooms and one is substantially inferior vis-a-vis the other.
