Great house and location to everything we needed. Pool was fun and we really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Coffee on the dock was lovely and seeing the wildlife.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in PD a few times but this was our first two week stay. Our party consisted of four adults and we found the house nice and clean. We enjoyed the backyard pool and lagoon and had several birds and analysts visitors I cluding a large alligator. The master bed is comfortable and enjoyed the skylight over the shower. No complaints bit a few recommendations. Pladtic glasses that can be used at the pool, upgrade the patio furniture, add a couple of throws to the living groom. We luckily brought our own Sanown. I would also stabilize the walk to the lagoon and add hand rails for senior visitors.

Short family vacation with family from NC and GA. Resort better than we could have imagined. Beautiful and very well kept grounds. Needed gas for grill and it was delivered peomply

The property is nice. Was clean upon our arrival. The bedroom upstairs is hot. Tough to sleep up there. The temperature of the rest of the house is fine. Decent pool. A ways to the beach if that is important to you.
