The property has a great view and does have a convenient walk to Francis Bay. Closest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. You are secluded in this part of the island which is very positive. That seclusion does come with birds, frogs, bugs and a rooster who likes to crow each morning. Overall the property worked great for our group of 9. The pool was great in the late afternoons.

Beautiful home in a very pretty and quiet secluded area a short walk from Frances Bay beach.The bedrooms are set up like little casitas and are individually private.Great place for older kids and or multi-family trips. Might not be great for younger kids: rooms aren’t connected inside the house and the pool is pretty deep (I’m 5’10” and my head was only barely above water).Mosquitoes are real. The property does have Thermocells available which helps but definitely bring your bug spray!Kitchen is well-equipped (but bring coffee) and bedding and finishes are quite nice. Great stay overall.

We’ve stayed at this house a few times, and it continues to live up to expectations. It would have been nice to know that there is construction during the weekdays - a bit noisy.

The property is stunning, I will say that. Little miscommunication in the beginning meeting the host to let us in caused a couple hours delay. Biggest issue was the torn screens. We had several bugs in the main area at night and could not even sit in there. We had to retire to the bedrooms. One bedroom had centipedes a couple of times along with a frog or two. Others also had bugs. It is in the middle of the jungle so I understand. Just was not that comfortable having to deal with all the bugs at night. One bathroom had a water leak I'm the ceiling so you could hear dripping at night. Place just needs some TLC to get up to par in my opinion.
