Overall a great spot. The only thing I would say that the bunk room was defiantly small, but of course it's just for sleeping. Very easy checking in and out.

This condo is really located in the most amazing area, close to everything with a great view of the water and fireworks. The unit has been remodeled and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We would for sure stay here again.

Wow!!! This was a beautiful condo!!! Very clean, has everything you need and super cute. The host is very nice, has great communication and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again!!!

The property owners were great at responding to questions and communicating necessary information. Everything at the unit was clean pleasing and comfortable. I am especially in love with the location! It was perfect! i enjoyed watching the sunrise, fireworks and my family play at the beach right from the porch! It was sooo worth it and will definitely request that unit on our next visit!

Wonderful beachfront property, condo was just as pictured...nicely updated and clean. No complaints except for maybe the pillows and wish there had been a king size bed instead of two queens but booked regardless due to close proximity to the beach and it was well worth it. Would definitely return to this unit :)

Great stay! Can’t beat the location.

The condo was super clean and the bed was super comfortable. That is all I ask for, but, in addition, the kitchen was fully stocked. Just be aware the coffee maker is a Keurig, not drip, so take the pods. The patio looks directly onto the gulf. Great place to watch the fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights. I would return to this place anytime I am lucky enough to be in SPI. It is basically just across the street from the Birding Center and the Sea Turtle Rescue. We went to Hooked on Seafood Market one day and cooked lunch in the condo. The fresh shrimp was wonderful!

Wonderful property, wonderful location.

My family of 4 had a great time. The condo is simple and clean. We enjoyed the beach, pool, main level entrance and kitchen to cook our own food. Just make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and extra paper products if you’re staying more than 2 nights. Coffee pot is also a keurgig vs a drip (we bought the wrong coffee).

The property was as advertised and we had an enjoyable stay. The actual location (beach front) was fabulous. The sunrises were beautiful and the ground floor location was ideal. We will definitely look at this property for our next visit.

This property soothed all the senses. Perfect location. The views were spectacular.

Well for one the property residence was a group of wild rowdy people. They were very loud with music. We were told that there was a area for the dogs but as we discovered right outside our unit there was poop everywhere there were people throwing things over the balconies from the second and third floor. The pool area we could never participate in because the other residents that were there their kids and family took over. There was security walking around but they had to deal with a lot of rowdy people and had to continuously stand and keep watch on the condo that was next to us because the family in there was very loud and rowdy all day and all night. Water was being thrown from above us therefore our patio area was getting wet and so were we when we were sitting out trying to enjoy The view. The fireworks or great but again the rowdy crowd is what makes the property bad the kids of the families were out of control at times. But the condo that we rented was beautiful inside and had the perfect view of the ocean. We feel that if management would do a better job of managing the property get more security and really make it known to anyone that is renting there of the do's and don'ts. again the condo that we rented was beautiful inside and out but the property needs to be managed a little better and have more security walking around the property.

Loved our quick getaway to South Padre Island and our stay at The Tiki. The host, Bill was wonderful and responded quickly when I had questions. The unit/condo was beautiful! It smelled great and had the best view of the beach and nightly fireworks. Great location for guests with fur-children (dogs). I will definitely stay here again when I have the chance.

Once again, we were very happy at this Condo/complex. Nicely furnished, great location--beachfront/1st floor, great communication with the owners. This is our 4th or 5th year and will continue staying as long as we can. Looking forward to next year! Thank you Bill and Barb. Liz

Great first floor condo for superior beach access.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo for our stay. We enjoyed it.

Fantastic cute, clean condo with good owner communication and easy beach access. Beach very crowded for holiday weekend but thinned out nicely mid-week. Condo complex has nice amenities and we saw maintenance, landscaping people and security often throughout the week keeping up and maintaining the property. Hotel next store can be a bit loud in the evening but calms down about 10-11pm. Fireworks on weekend nights at 9pm right off pier next store so if you have sensitive ears bring earplugs. Grilling difficult at best with coastal winds so we won't plan on that for future visits. We chose to rent beach umbrella and chairs this time from beach service and will never bring our own stuff again! It was so incredibly convenient. Of note is that the laundry room at complex is no longer COIN operated but QR code and pay by phone. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation week at the complex and would definately chose this condo again.

I love that once we parked, we didn’t have to get back in our vehicle until it was time to leave. The condo was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Front desk staff when checking in was extremely nice, too!

The condo was perfect nicely decorated and steps from the beach . Bill Was so easy to work with and was quick to respond to any questions . The property it self is owned by tiki and seems to be going threw some Renovations. One day we had no water the next day there was no laundry, there was roofing Materials everywhere nails and debris in the parking lot. And the staff at the property was less than friendly. however that was not bill fault

Could use a deep clean. Grout needs to be replaced. Couch needs to be cleaned. Location is great. No noise issues. Check in a breeze. Beds are very comfortable

I would highly recommend this Condo. It was a pleasant surprise walking into a clean and cute getaway. It’s on the first floor. Our patio facing the beach. They have everything you need for cooking. Even a blender for smoothies! I would come back again.
