Questo appartamento con angolo cottura, situato all'interno della splendida tenuta storica di Arceno, è l'ideale per i vacanzieri che vogliono allontanarsi da tutto. Gli ospiti possono trascorrere una serata romantica davanti al caminetto nell'accogliente soggiorno durante la stagione più fredda, o nei mesi più caldi gustare un bicchiere di vino sulla terrazza di Casa Rossella. Nel giardino privato dell'appartamento, il visitatore può riposare e rilassarsi lontano da occhi indiscreti. La splendida vista dalla camera da letto sulla storica Villa di Arceno circondata da vigneti e uliveti incanterà sempre il visitatore. Questa tenuta del Chianti con i suoi 1000 ettari di vigneti, ulivi e boschi, è ideale per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta, per poi essere seguita da un tuffo rinfrescante nella piscina della struttura in seguito.

Descrizione dettagliata dell'appartamento: L'ingresso dell'appartamento è raggiungibile solo attraverso il giardino privato della proprietà. Entrando c'è la zona pranzo con una cucina a pianta aperta. A sinistra collegato da un arco è il soggiorno con camino. Fuori dal soggiorno è il secondo bagno dell'appartamento. Una scala nella parte posteriore dell'area d'ingresso conduce al primo piano dove si trova la suite principale. La camera da letto ha un soffitto a doppia altezza e una galleria con un divano e una scrivania che la sovrasta. Il bagno principale si trova nella zona sotto la galleria.

The accommodation was great, we loved sitting out on the patio and having the space. Gaia arranged a private chef to come in and cook for my husband’s birthday and it was fabulous!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tuscany. Anna and Ross made everything so easy . We love their flat. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is stocked if you want to cook. The home is comfortable. And the setting is so peaceful and feels remote but is close to villages where you can eat at delicious restaurants and only 20 minutes from Siena. It was absolutely amazing!

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is a portion of a large stone farmhouse situated at the end of a gravel road surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is one of a small cluster of 2-3 (?) houses. The surrounding 2500 acre Villa d'Arceno district is protected and dotted with approximately 20-30 farmhouses. The nearest one outside our compound was approximately 500 yards away.The apartment is situated over two floors, and each floor has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to cook meals if you want. The small coop (grocery) in Castelnuovo is less than 10 minutes away and will have what you need. The entrance to the property is surrounded by a tall hedge giving privacy from the neighbors. Inside is a beautiful garden with roses, day lilies and other flowers. Spectacular!The two-foot-thick walls ensured we never heard anything from the neighbors. We loved the total silence of the place. No traffic noise, no neighbor noise. Just the birds. The apartment has a portable air conditioner in the bedroom on the second. The thick walls and shutters ensured the house stayed cool even though the temperatures reached the high 80s during our June stay. We slept with the windows open each night.Barbara was a wonderful hostess and just a text away if we had a question. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket that included a bottle of wine, dry pasta and sauce, fresh fruit and a few other items. It was nice to be able to put together a quick meal after our long day of travel. There are a number of charming little towns nearby that we loved visiting. Each had restaurant choices and some had spectacular views of the Tuscan hills. This property made for a great base for exploring the area, its wineries and hill cities. This was our favorite portion of an extended trip through Italy. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a great place. And, thanks to Barbara for being so accommodating and helpful.
