Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay this year. This was our second stay at Colony Reef Club. Great for kids and we enjoyed the laid back vibes. Only issue we had was our fridge went out. But they had us a new one in less than 24 hours. Cant wait to get back there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful at 3301! This was our first time staying at the Colony Reef. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It was lovely. The layout was perfect for our family of four, plus our grandmother. The furniture was cozy and the balcony view was great. The only suggestions I would make- perhaps a new mattress or mattress topper for the Master, as it was quite uncomfortable. The property management was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the refrigerator. They had their maintenance man out ASAP. The complex was just right, not too big or overcrowded. The clubhouse was a hit with our kids, and the pool was never overly crowded. Location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying here. First time in 3301. King bed was uncomfortable, queen sheet on a king bed, lighting throughout is not good. Dryer is on its last leg, takes 2-3 times to dry a load, especially towels. Dryer makes awful squeaking noise when in use. Wish there was a bigger table on balcony to eat there. View is awesome, location is awesome, pool is huge and never over crowded. Property is clean and never had any safety concerns or issues. Will definitely stay again but not in 3301 unless upgrades are done.
