They enjoyed the place perfect for a bigger group

Everything was as expected. Additional little things impressed me. Extra paper towels and toilet paper, coffee filters, plenty of trash containers, etc. Parking area and sidewalks are hard surface and smooth. No issues at all. Very happy with the home and would stay there again for sure.

I stayed here with a high school group. It was clean, well stocked and the kids loved the theater room. Highly recommend!

Very clean and love the fact I was able to have all of my dogs with me . This was a special Christmas my husband grew up in this home. It was really fun to reminisce and have family over to see all the updates. Will definitely stay here again.

There was plenty of room for everyone. We had several on the main level, 6 or 7 in the theatre rooom and the rest outside throwing. Huge kitchen that has a double oven and everything you might need. The owner responds immediately if you have a question. You wont go wrong with this home..

The location of the property was convenient, and fit my family comfortably for our wedding nearby. The road leading in is crazy bumpy, and deer are everywhere, so drive with caution.
We had a bit of a bug issue in the guest house on the first day, but the owner was quick to get pest control on site the same day.
The properties could do with a bit of a deep clean, but the bed was comfy and the towels were soft. The kids loved the fire pit and the big TV downstairs!

Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 10 adults. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and entertainment options. It’s a bit remote but still easy to access shopping and major traffic routes. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.

Everything that was advertised. The only problem we had was that we not able to enter the exercise room and sauna. Key code would not give us access.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO near Redtop Mountain State Park and Cartersville Georgia.
The house was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was in place. The house is nicely furnished and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen is huge and made a few of our large family meals very easy. The kids enjoyed some movies in the downstairs theater.
The owner was very easy to communicate with. Our family highly recommends this place for a stay.

Loved this house from the many outdoor seating areas to the theatre room and most importantly a bed for everyone! Great location to the wedding venue..only 4 min away!

Pictures and description completely accurate. TVs could use basic instructions. Slightly isolated with a hilly, gravely road to get in. Well equipped and well stocked. Very quiet inside and outside. Appreciated the easy pet policy! Highly recommend for large groups- we would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our weekend stay in Acworth for our wedding. Kenny was so accommodating and was great at communication. The property was absolutely stunning. 10/10 would recommended staying here!

This was a great house with plenty of space. The kitchen and living room were spacious and great for visiting. All the linens, towels, etc. seemed very clean and there were plenty of extras. AC worked well. I appreciated the child safety locks on the bathroom/kitchen cabinets.
There were a few maintenance issues that need to be looked at (furniture on front porch is falling apart), some fireplace bricks are loose), but other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this house.

This place is close enough to all ball fields to be convenient and is quiet and just remote enough you dont feel like your near at the City.

Stayed here for a week with family and it was very accommodating for our large group. The house looked exactly like the pictures showed, the sunrooms/patios were amazing. We had two minor problems but the host response was very quick and he made sure that things were fixed. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large group to stay here.

Rental was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, clean, and conveniently located. We were there for my niece’s wedding at the Butterfly Pavillion (5 min away) and wedding activities in Acworth (15 min away). Plenty of room for my family of 12.

Our large, extended family stayed there for a weekend. There was plenty of room, lots of seating space in the kitchen so we could all eat together. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Kenny was very quick to respond to any questions we had before we got there and during our stay.

I was referred to Kenny by Robin from The Butterfly Pavillion wedding venue. I rented Kenny's house/s for the weekend of daughter's wedding. Kenny was the most gracious host I've ever encountered. He is very nice and responds to all questions and needs immediately. Kenny made sure we had what we needed amd went above and beyond for us. He even went as far as to purchase a highchair for the house which worked out perfectly for my 15 month old granddaughter.

Needed somewhere to stay with family for a funeral. This house fit us well and was fairly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed besides a strainer and plastic wrap/foil to cover leftovers, but we made it work just fine. We appreciated the pack n play as we forgot ours on accident. Sheets on bed downstairs kept coming off which was annoying, needs deeper pocket sheets. The house is well laid out but could use some new paint (was pretty bland) and some decorations as there are zero in any room. Adding some pictures or other wall hangings would make it feel more homey and inviting. The road leading to the house is very uneven and bumpy. Our low clearance vehicle had a tough time but managed going really slow. Overall a nice stay for what we needed.

The house was even nicer in person! Very clean and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to whomever is inquiring about the property to stay here. There is an amazing guest house also available to rent separately - it was just as nice!! :)

We had a great experience. Kenny was very responsive. The house met all of our needs and then some! It was a perfect place for a couple of baseball families for the weekend.

My family and I rented the house to attend a funeral. There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the TV/Theatre room. The wooded yard allowed for plenty of privacy. Kenny, the property manager, was quick with his response to any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay again.

We have a large family and we were looking for a house that could comfortably accommodate us and our pets…and this house was great!!
We loved the updated, fully stocked, large kitchen and a table we could all gather around for meals and games. The theatre room was perfect for our movie nights and the screened in porches were great for fall mornings with a cup of hot tea. Our kids enjoyed playing football on the large lawn in the front yard and we ended the week with s’mores around the fire pit. The workout room was really neat too!
The last day another family rented the other small space on the same property…which was fine but required a little scheduling to enjoy the lawn area. Know that you may not have as much privacy if another family shares that building which is just a couple of steps away from the main home. Part of the road to get to the house is very rough, but the property is filled with beautiful trees and we even saw several deer.
We really loved our time here and would stay again for sure! Thank you!!

We had amazing time at the house. It was thoroughly stocked, and a good location. The only minor issue was the roads leading to the house. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Easy to arrange. Very responsive. Exactly as advertised. Clean, with big beds, closet space, well placed bathrooms, giant kitchen with up to date appliances. Kids loved that media room has a PlayStation. Adults liked the upstairs TV. No complaints. My family wants to stay there again!

Large family gathering
Our family of 15 had ample room to spread out, as well as plenty of space to all gather together for meals and games on the main level. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well stocked for all we needed. Our younger fellas enjoyed playing video games in the theater room. The parents and toddlers enjoyed playing catch on the large lawn. And the gym was a hit with most everyone and had a wide variety of equipment and punching bags.
The purpose for our trip was a family reunion in nearby Cartersville, and the drive through the forest in getting there each day was a treat. The drive to Atlanta to visit the Aquarium and to attend a Braves game was not bad at all. And we found lots of beautiful waterfronts to explore and enjoy right there in the area close by this home.
Check-in/out were a breeze and communication was stellar.
We appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this Georgia home!

Great for large groups
The house was great for families with teenagers. The teens hung out on the movie room while adults were on the middle floor. We noticed the owner went the extra mile on many things prior to us being there. (Like leaving extra bags of ice). Plenty of linens and as nice too! Our teens enjoyed the local lake beach area when not on the baseball field.

Host was great to work with and if you like being in the country. We enjoyed the quiet of the country and the ability to see deer running across the property

Everything was as expected. Very nice home. We would stay again if in the area. Host was very accommodating. Everything need (and more) in the kitchen. A handrail on the sidewalk stairs would be nice for the older folks.
