Non preoccuparti di salire le scale per goderti i panorami, basta prendere l'ascensore! Nuova costruzione moderna con 3231 piedi quadrati di spazio situato nel cuore del GULCH. Vicino a tutto a Nashville! Siamo anche a pochi passi da molti ristoranti e locali. A poca distanza a piedi da Bridgestone Arena e Broadway.

Questa casa è l'ultima casa di vacanza di lusso. Le rifiniture e le decorazioni di alto livello completano questa bellissima casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca tra cui due forni, un tostapane, teiera, caffettiera a goccia e macchina per il caffè Keurig. Il soggiorno è stupendo con un camino a gas e una bella TV. Le camere da letto sono incredibilmente comode e spaziose, offrendo privacy e tranquillità alle vostre vacanze. La camera da letto principale di questa casa è davvero speciale con il suo caminetto a gas e la grande vasca da bagno. Ci sono più aree dove il tuo gruppo può trascorrere del tempo insieme e godersi il tempo di Nashville, tra cui un patio a livello del suolo e un fantastico balcone sul tetto. The house is spacious and in a good location. It’s well appointed for a large group. We did not get clear check in instructions prior to arrival but the host was responsive when I reached out. The house is well suited for a group getting together for a celebration. The WiFi was slow but when I reached out to the host he was helpful.

Our large family gathered here for our daughter's graduation and the house exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent! Directly across the street from our daughter's apartment and close proximity to restaurants, graduation festivities, etc. More than enough room for all and wonderful gathering spaces in between graduation commitments. My elderly parents stayed with us in the primary suite on the 3rd floor access to the elevator made their stay so much easier. Turner, our host, was beyond responsive and helpful!

The house is nice and spacious. Few things that were an issue. There is construction going on next door, so keep that in mind. There was also active repairs going on in the pool area. The house overall seems to get a lot of activity where everywhere you look, there are scuffs or damages. No bathroom on the first floor, so annoying to have to go up a big staircase every time. The house is 3 levels tall with really long staircases, so keep that in mind if you think you will have a hard time, especially because the primary bedroom is at the top of the 3rd floor -quite a hike! There is an elevator, but it has been deactivated for guest use. If you are coming to Nashville to party, then this is your spot. For business or families, this isn't the best set up.

We were so excited about our stay in Nashville at this beautifully advertised home, and we were disappointed in many ways upon arrival. The host was very communicative in his email with check-in instructions. We arrived at the location ready for a great experience, and we were immediately met with the parking instructions being inaccurate and the code to the door not working. -The check in instructions stated that we would have 2 parking spots available. One in the garage and one in the driveway. There was in fact no garage anymore as it had been closed in and converted to a strange storage/living space. There was also an ATV type vehicle parked in the driveway space. When we texted to ask about this since we were confused if we were in the right place, we were told, "Please just park on the street." -Many items in the kitchen were filthy. Including a cocktail shaker with leftover/sticky cocktail mix inside of it, many dirty glasses, pots and pans not washed properly.-The sheets in the middle 2nd floor bedroom were obviously not washed and slept on previously. There was hair all over them. Our friends had to lay blankets on to sleep the first night and washed sheets after for the rest of our stay. -Pool heater instructions did not work, and he sent a "house manager" to look at the pool and get it running. The man shared with us he had never seen the pool before, but lived 10 minutes away and came by to help. Obviously, not the house manager.
