A gorgeous home. So cosy. Really spacious for the 6 of us. Although there was no secure space for our dog, it's literally on the coastal path and we loved walking to both Cullen and Findochty from our doorstep. Everything you could possibly want in a holiday home and a lovely welcome pack on the table was so nice. I would highly recommend it - local pub, great chippie and no distance to anywhere along that coast.
It wasn't very clear if the hot tub could be used or not. We weren't looking to use it so it didn't matter but some might. It would certainly be more work than going to a house with a filled, electric hot tub, but that is reflected in the very good rental price.

The location was amazing, house very well kept and comfortable. Enough room for 4 adults with their own room. The view was so nice and the very big lounge area was great for us. Comfortable beds and good kitchen.
We were looking forward to the hot tub so were a bit dissapointed that it was not in use. Some of the pans were not great, stuck quite badly to the food.

Beautiful cottage all finished to a high spec. Would highly recommend and would happily stay again.
The only negative is it would have been nice to have a 2nd bathroom. Other than that the cottage is perfect and I'm being super picky!!

It was in a very good location for coastal and beach walks and harbour. There were other towns to visit for shopping although the Spar was very good. Local fresh fish was easy to find and the fish and chip shop and Chinese were excellent. Some lovely woodland walks were also close by.
The wrong phone number was given to contact to get the key code and we had to ring around to get a new phone number. The Hot tub and log fire were filthy..another hour wasted. 3 saucepans and a wine glass were filthy, so I washed every thing to be sure. The 2 single beds were uncomfortable, gave up on one and used the sofa. The BIG thing and Health & Safety was the 2 Carbon Monoxide Alarms were not working and were not replaced when requested.
