Little bit difficult to find the property.
Very interior and inside an apartment.

The apartment is exceptionally clean. The caretaker Mr. Vijayakumar is very kind. Feeds the guest with home cooked meals. This place feels like home

Breakfast was good and Location is also nice
We have booked 3 separate apartments but they provided single apartment with 3 bed rooms? we have accepted because there is no other way during nighttime, didn't expect this type of action from Booking.com?. No key provided for the building and we were facing security issues. Can not lock the apartment from inside and anybody can open from outside, bear in mind that we have stayed there with family. many time caretaker entered the apartment without informing us??
Found unhygienic kitchen, Old cloths spread in the kitchen on one rope fixed across the kitchen. no kitchen utilities provided (provide one after asking). no microwave oven etc. Bathrooms blocked and full of water.

No wifi in the room (too far from the hotspot)
The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable
Lot of noise coming from the street and the kitchen also
There were clothes drying on the balcony of the room.
The guy from the hotel did not bother to knock the door before entering, I was at the toilet at that moment.
And above all there is a camera inside the room.
I DO NOT RECOMMED THAT HOTEL AT ALL

Breakfast for only one person was provided and the other person was charged for it. Although, complimentary breakfast means its for all guests. They also tried to take extra amount as taxes.

Extremely convenient and user friendly..The proprietor and staff both are very pleasantly mannered.

The location is interesting, it's close to the airport so it can be easily reached.
