The place was absolutely awesome, so close to town and plenty of room for everybody! The kitchen was completely stocked, even had a dishwasher! We will definitely be back! Thank you again for such a beautiful place❤️

doors to rooms were double like a closet with slide latch. authentic for age of 1860 house but not great working. also floor boards had water damage and needs to be repaired.

Location is great to get to everything in the historic area and to get to Francis Field where the festivals are held, you are just blocks away! The bed was amazing, every comfort you needed was at your finger tips they think of everything you may need short of food and drinks! Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Extra towels in abundance. Cozy living room, great internet connection and speed. This is a house that has been retrofitted into a complete unit, very spacious, clean, details are all there. I am one that will perhaps look for faults, but none could be found with the unit.

My only recommendations would be more lighting in the back yard as it is dark, but manageable, and perhaps in time covering the private porches so they could be used in the rain.

House has absolutely no sound dampening. Thankfully our upstairs neighbors were very quiet, but any light sleepers might struggle with the sound.

5 Happy Stars!!! The information from the host ahead of our stay was super helpful and timely (property access, parking, and they offer you several parking options). During our stay, we called the property manager twice and he picked up right away and was very helpful. The property itself exceeded our expectations! The apartment was renovated in style, nicely furnished, impeccably clean, and offered everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom (such a nice touch to provide soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). The linens and towels were 5-star sparkling white and soft! The garden in the back is even nicer in realty than in the pictures. It gets evening sun and, since we travelled with 2 boys and a dog we enjoyed a delivery dinner out in the backyard. The property is walking distance to everything in historic St. Augustine, but in a quiet street. Thank you Lisa, Benoit, and Robert!

Our apartment was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. We had a two day get away just the spouse and me. We enjoyed being so close to the city and walking everywhere. We had a great time!!

Everything was fantastic!

The place is very tastefully and lovingly decorated. The hosts have added many nice touches to make this apartment super cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the lovely prints on the walls, quality linens and fluffy towels, a most functional kitchen with top of the line appliances and even a cheese knife! the location is super - you are within easy walking distance to all the attractions and places to be but on a quiet residential street. Parking was thoughtfully provided, and we even had our own little deck and back yard. The communication with the property manager and the hosts was seamless! Our dog felt also welcome and liked the place a lot:)) We would love to return for a longer stay!

There was nothing that we didn't like! So much care and thought have been put into making this property into a home away from home for the guests! We are really grateful!

Location was good, very quiet which is great. Nice deck and back yard, very clean.

The only bathroom was in the main suite. We had our teenage son with us so if it would have been a longer stay it would have been a little more difficult. Nothing that can be changed but was difficult to tell that from the pictures. Would not deter us from renting again. Everything else was very comfy and clean.

Really cute place and very convenient location without breaking the bank. Appreciate pet friendly also.

We received emails in advance of our stay that clearly explained the arrival and departure procedures, parking, and who to contact if there were any issues/problems (there weren't). In addition, the apartment contained a binder that included very helpful information on WiFi, dining venues, beaches and other points of interest. The apartment is vey nicely appointed with regard to furniture, appliances, kitchen cabinets, two large-screen TVs, all necessary dishes, pots, etc. , very comfortable bed, shaded deck/patio. And, it's only a short walk to the historic district and a short drive to great restaurants!

Just like our own little apartment. Very cute. Had all the extras (iron, blankets, etc). Close to shopping and restaurants. Close parking. Would have liked to stay longer.

I didn't like that I was asked to start laundry. I understand why. But I didn't like it.

Noise from room above in the morning from people walking. Limited supplies in the kitchen. Air condition had difficulty cooling, even though it wasn't hot outside.
