The room was very clean and spacious, and so pretty! The bathroom feels like a cave in the best way possible. The host picked me up from the port and also offered to take me there when I was leaving. I was given little breakfast snacks which was very sweet. You will feel like a cat whisperer if the resident cats choose you, I had several cats hanging on my terrace many nights and mornings. If you have a car it's easy to park and easy to get to the studios, you may be able to skip driving in the town center depending on where you're driving.

Minor things - I wish there was a carpet or something by the door to wipe your feet before entering. The property is by the beach and the wind also brings so much sand to the terrace. My terrace floor wasn't wiped while I was there so I felt like I was always bringing sand in the room. It is quite a long walk to town (about 1km, and more to port and supermarket) and it is a dirt road for around 400metres of the way. I knew the distance when booking but with the heat it's something to consider, especially if you don't have a rental and rely on the busses. I personally don't smoke and can't stand the smell so it was a bit annoying that the next door neighbors were chain smoking and therefore I couldn't fully use my terrace and had to keep the window and door closed. Perhaps a smoking area as the yard is massive and would have space for that?

Lovely position next to the beach with nice garden area to the front. The owners are lovely and helpful to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Some very nice touches like beach towels and each morning a tasty snack. The apartment we had has a kitchen area very well stocked and a decent fridge. Nice coffee machine and provisions replenshised each day. 24/7 hot water, very clean and comfy beds. We had a really nice stay and certainly recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend this place more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very beginning, the kindness and attention of the hosts were exceptional. They even came to pick us up from the ferry by car because it was extremely hot that day — such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The room was sweet, cosy and had absolutely everything we needed for a few days’ stay, including a fridge and a cooking hob. Every morning, we were surprised with a little treat — either a delicious ham and cheese toastie or a chocolate muffin. Such a lovely touch! The room was always beautifully made, with fresh bed linen and clean towels. They were also ALWAYS making sure we had enough toilet paper, which sounds like a small thing, but it really shows how attentive they were throughout our entire stay. Every day they also left us more coffee, strawberry jam and little toasts for breakfast, so we always had something waiting for us in the morning. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Livadi Port. It’s very close to the bus stops, making it easy to get to the beaches and Chora, and there are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, a truly wonderful 5-star stay. The hospitality, cleanliness, location and all the thoughtful little details made us feel genuinely cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🤍🇬🇷

Πολύ ωραία επιλογή στο Λιβάδι συνίσταται. Value for Money. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με βεράντα σε κήπο. Φροντισμένος κήπος και ησυχία. Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Η παραλία απέχει 20μ, ξυπνάς και βουτάς. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο με καθαριότητα κάθε ημέρα. Πολλές πρίζες, ανεμιστήρας οροφής και κλιματιστικό, καφετιέρα espresso, κρεμάστρα στην βεράντα. Για την προσφορά κάτι σπιτικού φρεσκοψημένου κάθε πρωί δεν έχω λόγια.. Parking εντός της ιδιοκτησίας. Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στο ανατολικό άκρο της παραλίας του Λιβαδιού, αναφέρεται και ως Αυλόμωνας. Ήσυχη περιοχή, 900μ μακριά από το κέντρο του Λιβαδιού όπου και τα περισσότερα καταστήματα εστίασης και μη στο νησί.
