Beautiful property - so tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and roomy apartment and quiet neighbourhood. Met by the wonderful owner Dino to show us through on arrival. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is supplied, plus some extra snacks left by Dino, which were much appreciated. Great location, able to get to most places by foot, beach one way, old town the other, no car needed unless you are going further afield. Split was a lovely surprise.

Great location. Morris met us at midnight when we arrived and made sure we were settled. His wife had left us some essentials just in case we needed them which was very much appreciated. The apartment was amazing, great shower and kitchen facilities. And so spacious.

We would have given a 10 except for the balcony which was destroyed with sap from the tree outside along with our clothes we had hanging out. Apparently this happens from June to September so be aware of it .

We had an incredible stay at this luxury apartment and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location could not be better. We were just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and a lovely, easy 12-minute stroll into the vibrant centre of Split. Everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep - there’s a delicious bakery, a great coffee shop, and a supermarket just moments away, making day-to-day living so effortless. The apartment itself is a dream. It is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning was absolute perfection - keeping us perfectly comfortable after hot days exploring the area (there was an amber weather warning when we visited). The washing machine was a bonus and balcony drying area was really helpful. A huge thank you to Dino for being such a fantastic host. His communication was lightning-fast, and his responsiveness made the entire experience completely stress-free. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a late-night delayed flight. A special mention also goes to his father-in-law, Moris, who gave us such a warm welcome. He took the time to show us around the apartment and gave us a super helpful introduction to Split, complete with local insights that made our trip even more enjoyable. There was so much to do in Split and the surrounding area - we hope to return one day.
