Questo affascinante casolare lungomare si trova sul lago di 333 acri incontaminata conosciuta come Big Pond, una delle Berkshires tesori più nascosti. Divertimento e relax sul ponte, come si guarda il sorgere del sole ogni mattina o semplicemente per godere della bellezza del lago a portata di mano.
Questo cottage 6 posti letto comodamente con 2 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e un soppalco con due letti singoli. Vi è un ampio ampio soggiorno con una stufa a legna per godere in una notte fredda, se non stanno avendo un fuoco sulla spiaggia nel pozzo del fuoco. Ha anche una grande e spaziosa cucina e zona pranzo.
Questo cottage è completamente arredato.
Se non vi rilassate sul ponte ci si può sedere sulla nostra spiaggia privata e rilassarsi in riva al mare. Ci sono sedie a sdraio da usare, un dock per sedersi e una zattera a nuoto.
Questo casolare si trova in una piccola insenatura ed è ideale per i bambini perché l'acqua è poco profonda vicino al molo e possono uscire circa 50 piedi prima che comincia a diventare profondo.
Il lago è pulito e ideale per il nuoto, pesca, kayak, canottaggio, windsurf e molto altro ancora.

Restful location on Big Pond. Spent hours on the deck enjoying the views and listening to birds. Appreciated that deck had sturdy table with 4 chairs & umbrella, lounge chair and wooden chairs. Saw an eagle my last evening. Great star gazing. The outdoor common area with additional seating and table was very comfortable. Didn't end up using fire pit but wood available which I appreciated. The kitchen had basic supplies but glad we brought our own frying pan. Need to bring all kitchen food items including salt and pepper. The ground around the house is uneven and stairs at both front and back so may be challenging for someone with limited mobility. Owners very responsive by both text and phone. Hope to return!

Exactly as promised. Because of the unexpected cold temperatures we had the pleasure of lighting up the wood stove in the mornings and it worked great to take the chill out of the air.

This is a rustic, summery cottage on the lakefront, with a wonderful deck and a dock with adirondack chairs. It was slightly chilly over Labor Day and we found the wood stove was a fantastic feature, especially with a great supply of wood from the owner. We greatly appreciated the use of kayaks and a canoe for forays into the lake in the late afternoons. The water temperature was pleasant and the swimming good. It was just what we wanted.
