Really nice place for a family gathering!

The house was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really our only complaint was trying to regulate the temperature. The downstairs master would be extremely hot and uncomfortable and the upstairs/main floor would be very cold in comparison. Tried several different setting on the thermostat and never could get a comfortable setting for the entire house. Definitely a great house for a large group just wish we could have figured that part out and it would have been perfect.

My wife and I wanted all our children, their spouses and our grandchildren (ages 5-19) to enjoy the New Year together. This cabin was the perfect spot. The views of the mountain were fantastic and all the areas were spacious so we could all have plenty of room to relax and enjoy. the location is perfect for going to the mountain and ski or downtown shopping. We really enjoyed the time together. The hot tub was nice to enjoy with the grand babies and also relax after a full day of fun. Two things I recommend packing before you go with a large group, good toilet paper (provided was paper thin) and a large pan to cook breakfast in the morning. The accommodations were above board and all had a great time. We will definitely consider staying again if we can get all together again.

Loved the house but the amenities weren’t up to par.. the hot tub was broken. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. The water would scold you in the shower. The kitchen utensils weren’t clean the bedding smelled of sweat and dirty hair and Customer Service was very rude and not helpful at all and actually hung up on me while I was telling him what was going on, I asked for a manager and the maintenance manager wouldn’t give me her name or put me in contact with her

This was a very nice property nestled amongst beautiful pine trees. Gaining access was super easy and much appreciated. The home was stocked pretty well. The only thing missing was a large pan for cooking. We had to buy our own. Also, the floorboards could have used a wiping down, and the pool table was super old and dingy. Otherwise, had a great time. It was very roomy and very comfy. We would return again.

We had a wonderful time at High Breeze! The cabin is beautiful, clean and very well equipped! We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table and loved the views from the deck. We also loved that each part of our family had their own space… we never felt like we were on top of each other. We will definitely be back!

I'm not sure about damages and not getting our deposit back. They must have had some terrible groups come in and broke rules, and did damage. Our group consists of 5 adults from 65-90. We didn't break any rules, or damage anything, but what bothers me is how do you prove you didn't do damage when it's already damaged. We didn't complain about anything. We were very comfortable, the house was plenty big enough, very quiet neighborhood, not too far from all our needs. I gave the girl in the office a list of all damages made by others and suggestions on things that need to be looked at. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was great! It could be a little cleaner (there was a moldy smell coming from the downstairs bathroom, lots of cobwebs and dust) otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was big and the view was amazing.

Most of the dishes were dirty there weren’t blinds for in the kitchen window so sun would shine the other kitchen and make it very warm especially when cooking the sound volume in the tv was horrible it would go from extremely loud to when you were to turn it down a little you really couldn’t hear it so you had to turn it back up the mother in law quarter was warm no ac in there it would be certain temperatures throughout the house not enough washcloths in the house and we also had to call for more batteries for the remotes because they died i thought they would check all this before guests arrive

The house was great for our friend & family quick trip! It was so fun to see elk, deer, and horses on our drive up the the house!

The house was BEYOND what we thought it would be!! The pictures don't do it justice!!
My family had plenty of room and space to be by themselves, and options of things to do without being "bored"!! I will definitely look into renting this unit again!! It felt like a home away from home!!

Views were great and Hummingbird mgmt very responsive to inquiries. Comfy living/dining area plenty big for visiting, meals, games and we enjoyed the game room. Not pleased that the mother in law suite not air conditioned as that was one of our top criteria for finding a rental! High Breeze will sleep 13 but did not comfortably sleep 13! The mattress of the sleeper sofa downstairs was shot with a metal bar underneath that proved too uncomfortable to allow anyone to sleep there. Luckily we had an inflatable air mattress so all 12 of our group had a place to sleep. I do feel the sleeper sofa should be replaced or the max occupancy reduced.

Great Place To Stay
Family had a great time on our stay. Enjoyed the evenings on the decks. Kids really enjoyed the game room in the garage.

We came to celebrate our moms 70th birthday and it was a GREAT place to get snowed in. We enjoyed shopping at the local stores and wineries. Then we spent the next day inside playing games. We will definitely be back!

Is a beautiful property and they gave it to us dirty. We also found mouse poop everywhere in the kitchen and couches. I personally couldn't sleep, we had to buy a new mattress for one of the guests to sleep on the floor, we didn't even use their utensils or pans. It don't matter wether the weather is cold or the location is in the woods, if they maintain the place CLEAN AND SPRAY IT OFTEN, none of that would happen. I paid so much for this bad and unfair experience and I know for a fact I won't come back.

This property was nice, large and clean. We had 8 children varying from ages 5-13 who had a blast in the game room and playing outside.

Picturesque
This home has a view from the kitchen window directly at the snow covered mountains. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and relaxing in the hot tub. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with everything close in proximity. We fed a deer by hand the morning we left, right off the porch. It was great!

We had a wonderful time and were able to accommodate 12 comfortably. We had some rain so ping pong table and pool table were a hit
