For two families with four children, this was a truly spacious accommodation. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the swimming pool during the hot summer days. This was also due to the really nice hosts. They live next door and are always helpful, but at the same time, they are never intrusive and allow their guests to enjoy their vacation in peace.

Great place to stay with the family we went with my brother and his family also there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Great communication from Nicoletta and she was very helpful throughout the booking and put stay. Felt like we were far away from everything but there is a village 5 minutes down the road and a beautiful town 30minutes away. You will need a car to stay here but it's well worth it.

We stayed for 11 days, a family of 12 from Iceland. We really enjoyed the stay. The house was nice, had plenty of space and had everything that we needed. We used the swimming pool a lot and it is really child safe.
Nicoletta and Stefan were very helpful in pointing out interesting places in the neighborhood, for example Todi, Spoleto and Narni which are beautiful places.
Overall, we really enjoyed staying there and fully recommended it.

The villa has plenty of room and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is lots of outside space and a great pool. Nicoletta and her family live next door so are on hand if you need them. I would recommend this villa.
