Nice and cosy, high quality kitchen and bathroom appliances (includes dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer), nice decoration. Easy check-in and check-out, smooth communication with the owner.
A minor thing: there is a narrow skylight window through which it may be possible to see the interior of the living room from opposite apartments on higher floors. A frosted glass window film for privacy would be good.

Great location for Steglitz. Nice apartment, good standard of decor, etc, and all of the things you need in an apartment
We had a problem with lack of hot water which couldn't be fixed because of the Easter holiday so we had to check into a hotel for the remainder of our stay. We did obtain a refund for the missed night's but the process for doing so seemed unreasonably difficult. Its difficult to judge how much of this is booking.coms fault or how much was due to the owner but the important thing is that it was resolved in the end.
