location is perfect, only 15 min away from Dubai mall, and 20 min driving from other places

The location was ideal.Mart was next to apartment and room was spacious and clean with all amenities.

Room was exactly the same as shown.. staff was so cooperative and helping. Even The manager was available at phone and responded every time..

Location is great. Short walk to Dubai mall. Also beside a 24 hour supermarket. Studio was spacious and good Air Conditioning. Staff at reception and lifeguard at the pool were very kind and helpful. Really nice pool and was never very busy.

Check-in: Our experience was not good. Check in instructions were sent last minute and we did not receive them until we got off the flight. Check in required downloading an app. We had to do this in a hurry in the airport while we were connected to the wifi. Unfortunately the key was sent to the app while we were in the taxi on the way to the apartment, but there is no wifi in the building reception so we had no access to it and no way to contact the host for help. Luckily the reception staff were very helpful and phoned the host for us, but our expected arrival was not notified to reception and it took us over an hour to get into the room. All could be avoided if checkin instructions were sent a day in advance. Dishwasher was not working the day we arrived. We notified the host immediately. A couple of different maintenance staff called out to look at it, but it could not be fixed and was taken away to the warehouse. We had no dishwasher for our stay which was frustrating, I cook all my own meals due to food allergies. Communication was lacking on this issue and we received no compensation. Pool towels were not available when we asked, even though they are listed as an amenity.

Apartment Lock did not lock. Parking is too far way down. The whole tower had air freshener smell which was too strong to the level that gave me azma. Bathroom door handle broke in my hand and it turned out it was barely hanging with one screw. Soup type in the apartment was low quality

Spacious, with a nice balcony. Pool and gym - good quality.

The initial apartment i booked was cancelled at the last moment, so I got a replacement. The location of the alternative apartment was further from the center, with a construction site next to it. Apartment was nice, a bit ran down (fridge not closing properly, kettle not switching off automatically).

we just love it! from the very “first sight”. We came earlier and the check in was faster then we expected. the apartment was perfectly clean (I believe even the baby wouldn’t find anything to pick😉). The apartment is full of everything that you need: dishes, washing machine, even ironing board. My teens were excited to have Netflix!

Excellent location, good size 2 bedroom flat

Facilities and furniture appeared a bit worn out, but all were clean, and meeting expected function / comfort.

The location is the most perfect in the whole Dubai I think! 2 minutes walk from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, 24h supermarket right next door, a lot of restaurants. The pool has a perfect view. The place is 10 better than the pictures!

They actually gave me another apartment, not this one tho. Because the person who was before me, he got corona so they just gave me another apartment instead. Ofcourse I was disappointed.

When I arrived I needed to wait a lot to get into my apartment because the last person was messy and they needed to clean long time

They should be more clear about the way they do on check-in procedures, on the booking profile there isn’t anything saying about 1000AED deposits or any cleaning fee etc that you might have to pay, since it’s a good price per location costumers for sure gonna choose the apartment, but after you book it there isn’t an option to cancel and get your refund so you have to stick with the apartment and you have to pay the 1k AED deposit regardless otherwise you gonna lose your money, on my case I had just 2 nights stay and they tried to ask me for the deposit, since I had no idea that we needed to do this I had no compromise on giving them this money wich was 200% more than what I’ve paid for the days, after we talk they finally reduced to half of the deposit price but still the communication wasn’t the best one since I also tried to book for another night and they didn’t let me know until later on... anyways it’s a good place but the staff should be more transparent.
