The apartment is well maintained, clean and well-equipped. If travelling with family and friends, one would find pretty much everything inside. It's easily accessible also being on the main Avenue. Trams to access the city centre and the beach is right across the street.

Very clean, very well designed & decorated apartment.
The pillows, wish they were more comfortable. Could not find the kettle.

Very easy check-in, with the keys in a small box on the door jamb. Sheets and towels (provided) were numerous and clean.
The rooms are very nice, spacious and very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable and spacious dining room. All perfectly clean (apart from dishes and pots).
The building gives on to a street where the tram that seems badly frequented passes. The building is old and dilapidated, but the apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The sink is tiny, about 25x60cm.

Great space with lots of options for food and transport close by. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The owners were lovely and very helpful!
It was quite light in the bedrooms with no curtains but other than that it was great
