The staff are supportive and nice. If you ask for anything they will provide that. The hotel location is good but after evening I did not feel safe outside of the hotel. The price is cheap so don’t expect much.
The rooms are really dark at night. There is not enough lighting, the doors are not secured. The breakfast is the same everyday. I had to change rooms three times and ask for some facilities that were mentioned in the booking.com but weren't in the room. Though I booked in dollars, I had to pay in Birr which caused me an extra charge from my bank. I had to pay for the laundry!
