The property was perfect for our trip. The location was great, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The only thing that would’ve been even more perfect for us would’ve been having an enclosed outdoor space directly from the door (for our dog). I think this may have been a thing once as the access walkthrough mentions a gate to number 3 and you do walk through an archway on arrival. But this does not bring down the stay we had!

Well presented and clean. Compact but Contained everything for a few days stay.
Car park was some distance away but saved us a fortune in Barmouth parking fees!
Great views once we had traversed the steps!
Steve was available to answer any questions by phone.
Let down a little by minor things like
No bathroom plug
Plastic bed lamps
No shaving mirror
The seating area outside was rather unloved and detracted a little from the views.
A great pity was the fact that we were both attacked by seagulls on the steps protecting their young😳
