Lifts - there are only 4 for the whole building and now they are short term rentals, this means the lifts are in use more and means longer waits, sometimes 15+ minutes.

We loved everything about this property. Right from communication with Alvin to the property and its amenities and the easy access and non intrusive ambience of the complex, it was lovely. It was just great as there was no loud noise or any7thing yet everything was accessible. Amazing place and will stay again if i get it in the right price.

We wanted to extend the stay but then the price increased. We do not mind as we communicated last minute but would have loved to stay more had we got it at the right price point. But otherwise great place and amazing experience.

Our stay in the Pattaya apartments was delightful. The spacious and well-furnished rooms made for a comfortable experience. The central location was a bonus, providing easy access to local attractions. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation choice in Pattaya.

Apartment complex is huge, ours was on the 41st floor and sometimes difficult to get an elevator when you did, you stopped at nearly every floor going down

Room was clean. That was the only thing I liked.

The receptionist was the rudest person ever. Her behavior was not good. It looked like I made a crime saying booking.com's name. She said they are not bothered about any online booking and showed my a leaflet. I felts so helpless as I did not expect this. I had my 1 year old infant baby and 11 year old son and my wife. We were super tired. I drove all the way from Bangkok. Spent 2 hours in Pattaya Sheep farm. And then when we reached around 1:30 PM to check in to the hotel we got this treatment from the reception. It would be a big trauma for the family travelers. I then tried to ready out the emails and here is the interesting part. I found that the property name is Unixx South Pattaya by Alvin. Wait ! What is this by Alvin? Then I understood that may be she is the person can help me on this. I called her and she came immediately. But now comes the horrible part. She told me to go to the road and collect the keys from a bluebox by using password. Wait ! Really !!! Why should I do that? I paid good amount of money for this property. Then why should I do this? This was really unprofessional and unexpected. Anyways, I am a father, my kids were getting tired and tired. I had no choice. I went to the bluebox, entered password but door was not opening. Tried for at least 10 times. No result ! wow ! wow! Then again I called Alvin. She was just 2 mins away from the mainroad and she was not with me for this. Hope you understand how fishy the sitaution was. Anyways, I called her and said you come here and show me how to open this door. Then finally she came and before her arriaval I could open the door with password (so called password). The lock is a horrible lock in that bluebox. Long story short. We entered to our room. Found that the AC remote was not working in one room. Hope you all can imagine how hot Pattaya is around 2:30 PM ! I again texted Alvin, and she started guiding me by sending random photos.

This is not a hotel. an apartment. There are no employees. You get the key from a container hidden outside. Even the taxi driver who brought us laughed at this situation. complete nonsense. We had to check out at 12:30. The owner of the room knocked on the door at 12.32 and waited at the door until we left. no cleaning. The sheets smell. The only good thing is the view, and that is the beauty of Pattaya, not the beauty of your accommodation.

Very spacious apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Host is very informative and makes it easy with step by step instructions of how to get into property with self check in. All amenities are available for you. In a perfect part of town walking distance from everything.

Elevator needs work, very slow sometimes waiting long periods (although it is a huge building with many floors)

Everything is good in the room.

The lady at the desk(reception) was very rude. We have just arrived at the hotel and we asked her politely “Is elevator this way?” She replied us straight away that They have only one elevator” with grumpy face and the voice is so rude so how do we know that you have only one elevator? we never been there! This is the rudest front reception we’ve ever seen! No smile(you can see from her face)

* booked the sea view and had an amazing view * everything available, towels, toilet paper and water in the fridge * super clean * quiet, quiet neighbors * great location * easy instruction to get the keys, always available via WhatsApp * we moved rooms and they even offered to move our luggage too - super lovely. They even put back the things from the fridge in the fridge

* travelled with a child, slide at the pool was closed

The only thing that was a slight negative was the elevator was busy in the evening.

The room was really nice and clean, the pool area was really great. building is high maintained and clean.

Elevators are really slow and sometimes it could take 20 minutes to get to lobby. water slide in pool was closed for maintenance when actually they didn't really work on the slide.
