Extra touches such as a welcome basket. Lovely toiletries. Responsive hosts.

The crockery could have been cleaner. We had to wash what we wanted to use.

A fab location close to Ben Nevis. Cosy and super clean with everything needed for a great stay. We appreciated the snacks and toiletries. The Ben Nevis Inn close to Glen Nevis was a great place to eat.

Accommodation. Well stocked with everything we needed. Comfort. Car parking. Quiet location. Easy check in and departure. Good communications from the host. Even used patio/decking area one afternoon as it was dry and warm.

The property was well presented and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very nice, with a large shower cubicle and electric shower. There was a large wardrobe in the bedroom which was useful. The host provided a single bed for our 11 year old in the same bedroom. There was a nice decked area outside with table, chairs and parasol - superb view of Ben Nevis. We had an issue with the hot water on the first night and the host was very responsive, calling out a plumber to resolve the issue early the next day. This didn’t impact our stay as the shower operates separately so we still had hot water. The iron and ironing board were great. There’s a Co-op 5-10 mins walk away. We also highly recommend the Ben Nevis Inn for food, drinks and atmosphere, which is a short drive from the property.

The gulls are REALLY noisy! Not the fault of the owner, but it did make sleeping difficult. The double bed had a very hard mattress. It was a bit too hard for me, but was actually good for my bad back!
