Peaceful and beautiful 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment, recently renovated in a contemporary manner in a great location, 2 minutes away from Santa Croce, with an amazing outdoor courtyard – a very rare feature in the historical centre of Florence!
The apartment was renovated in 2016. It has a very contemporary and modern style. There is AC in the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
This property is located in Via dei Macci 7, 2 minutes walking from the famous Basilica di Santa Croce, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Signoria, and a 10-minute walk from the Duomo. You can explore the entirety of historical Florence by foot, but at the same time enjoy the tranquillity of the small, quiet street hidden away from the main tourist flow.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with very manageable stairs.
As you enter the apartment, you find yourself in front of the living room spacious and decorated in an elegant manner There is a large flat screen TV and a double sofa bed . The very high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and the done stone flooring give the apartment a characteristic Tuscan touch and contrasts nicely with the overall modern look of the property.
On the right side of the living room by the window, there is a small staircase leading to a cozy corner with an armchair.
The living room connects to the dining room and kitchen space, creating a large open area for group activities. There is a glass dining room table for six, as well as a lovely desk space for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts including an oven, washing/dryer machine and dishwasher.

We LOVED this apartment! Mariangela is so sweet and hospitable and connected with us prior to check in. Her friend showed us all the parts of the apartment and was very helpful! The place is beautiful and really authentic. It has everything you need as a family! Wish we could have stayed longer. The location is great as we walked everywhere. I really recommend this place!
