This was our second stay at Bay Villas. We loved that there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space when needed, the dolphins, the private beach, and a room that feels like home. We will definitely plan our third trip to Tybee to stay again!

This vacation rental is a great choice for any type of group. Has an elevator, so great for elderly. Beach accessibility is excellent. Saw a lot dolphins daily from our balcony. Aso had shrimping boats docking in front of us. Really interesting. Lots of pelicans diving for fish. The condo itself was very spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved staying here and we highly recommend it.

I asked what I needed to check and got the passcode that did not work and no way to get my car into the property. Come to find out I got sent an email that said I needed to pick up a package at an office. I didn't have service which is why I had asked. No beach towels or chairs and no information where to get any. The locals didn't know either. The property was nice but the management was not.
