Location overlooking the lake and close to town centre

המלון נקי ומסודר ומרווח. הצוות חייכני ומדהים נותן שירות בשמחה. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה, כל אחד יכול למצוא מה לאכול.

המזגן בחדר שלנו לא קירר כמו שצריך. למען האמת לא פנינו לצוות על כך כי הגענו מאוחר. יכול להיות שהיו מתקנים ופותרים את הבעיה.

Great location, easy to walk into town (there is a short but steep hill to walk back up so may not accessible to everyone). Amazing views over the lake, we loved getting to see the monkeys playing on the balcony! Staff were very helpful and made us a packed breakfast on the day we had to leave early.

Towels desperately need updating, along with bedding, the room is a little dated and could do with repainting. All things considered I would still stay again!

Personal encantador, ubicación excelente con vistas inmejorables. Tiene muy buena decoración.

El baño tiene muchas humedades. De hecho, nos goteo el A/C después de ducharnos lo cual empapó toda la cama.

Great breakfast and location with a one minute walk to the lake. Big rooms and great view

Het allerliefste personeel. We hadden voedselvergiftiging opgelopen en mochten daarom 3 uur langer in onze kamer blijven. Er werd ons niks extra in rekening gebracht. Ook was het personeel erg behulpzaam met bijv drankjes aandragen die konden helpen. De kamer was luxe, mooie badkamer en alles schoon en netjes. Ontbijt hebben we niet kunnen meemaken maar leuk dat dit op t dakterras was met prachtig uitzicht op t meer. Locatie was sowieso handig gelegen, vlakbij tempel van de tand.

The Lotus Lake Residence is a great hotel situated high above Kandy Lake. Our room whilst, not large, was a good size and spotlessly clean. The shower had a proper cubicle, an excellent shower head and hot water Breakfast was included and was the best in Sri Lanka. It was buffet style with plenty of fruit, curry, rice, pasta, toast, roti, fruit juice, coffee, tea, cake, omelet etc etc. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a large bottle of complimentary water. There was also a fridge and a hair dryer. Wifi in the room was good as was the air conditioning. The room also had a fan. The bed was comfy too with four pillows. The Lady on reception was exceedingly helpful at check in especially as we arrived early at 9.30am. They had a room which was being made up and ten minutes later we were in our room after a helpful young man carried our cases up three flights of stairs. There is a great view of the lake from the rooftop breakfast area.
