Staff was able to speak english and instructions were very clear, restroom is very clean, modern, shower amenities supplied. Bed cleaned often, they also have a nice shower and spa but I didnt use due to tattoos. Location great, next to ichigaya station so easy to get around everywhere.
Bed was a little stiff but still able to sleep fine, some people snore but thats tolerable, just incase you need earplugs. Very good overall

Located near the JR Subway, making it convenient to travel to various places. It's also a community area with many diverse restaurants.
I would like to see more variety of drinks available in the lounge area in the lobby.

It was first time in a Pod type accomodation and I did so as wanted to experience it. It provided a good experience in that respect.
Pod was a bit warm and you get disturbed by people arriving at different times.
