The cottage is nice for 2 people and a dog. Nice quiet neighborhood, enclosed dog area. Tim watched our dog for the day when we went to San Antonio through his dog sitting business.

We chose this property as it was more economical than hotel accommodations during a recent family visit in Round Rock. Very tidy and quiet place. Just a couple of miles west of town, not a long drive.

Loved rhe location. Quiet area and close to Grocery and other shopping. Guest house was comfortable and well-equipped. Owners very accommodating and pleasant. Very responsive with booking and followup. Would stay there again.

My husband and I spent a month in this guest house. While it's small, it's well laid out so we were very comfortable. The homes in this area are on large lots and there are many deer in the area. They greeted us in the morning and appeared thru the day. This is a very safe community. While there are no sidewalks, you can safely walk on the roads for a little exercise.

This was the perfect place to stay for a Thanksgiving weekend visiting family. Very updated, clean, and well-maintained property. The wieners were so kind and welcoming, especially when one of our fur-babes escaped the fence. 10/10 recommend!

We stayed with our pooch while in town for a family wedding). I catered the rehearsal dinner from the kitchen and had use of the laundry everyday—so helpful)

We enjoyed our stay! It was very convenient for me being on call, and attending a wedding in the area. It was quiet and super clean. Communication was great!

We had people to visit in Georgetown and Austin and this was a perfect place to stay to reach both. This was a great 1 bedroom guesthouse with everything we needed and plenty of room for the two of us. It is super clean! We did not cook this trip but it is well stocked with everything you would need to cook your meals here. You will get that ‘outside of town’ feeling and can watch the deer come through in the morning (we saw 8 around the property and at least 15 as we drove out of the neighborhood). When we needed a break between our obligations, we drove 5 min to Champion Park and walked a couple of miles on the beautiful Brushy Creek Regional Trail. The guesthouse is on the opposite side of a set of garages, so it is ‘away’ from the main house where you can wave at the owners as you come-and-go (and if they are outside) but you will still maintain privacy for your stay. We are definitely going to keep this place in mind for future trips.

My wife and I stayed here for 13 days and enjoyed it overall! POSITIVES: - very responsive communication from hosts! - the location in "hill country"-type area is absolutely amazing...very peaceful and perfect for evening strolls. - sports court is awesome - we used it to practice tennis w/ a friend! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT - if it wasn't clear in the description, the Guest Room is adjacent to a two-car garage and a room on the opposite side - if you're planning to WFH here, you will hear noises from the garage, occasional drumming, and other noises (limited mainly to business hours) - This Guest House is on a property that runs a dog-boarding business; a fenced-in area adjacent to our Guest House is where 10-20 dogs would run around and play - wifi will occasionally cut out...but it usually comes back up again. Not ideal though if you're WFH w/ virtual meetings via video (we had to leave and go to a nearby cafe for a meeting, though it was fixed w/in two hours) - the power did go out briefly but was fixed w/in the hour - minor things - no complimentary k-cups, tea, soap/shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste

Great property! Clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for two people. We were in town for a concert, so we didn’t spend much time at the property outside of sleeping. However, we have no complaints or concerns for when we were there. Fair house rules and polite property managers. Lovely quiet neighborhood, with plenty of deer and other small wildlife running around. The property is close to many restaurants, shops, etc. We traveled to Austin one day and to Hutto, TX the remainder of the time and it was a easy, quick(20-25 min) drive. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

Perfect rental for us and our 2 pups. Very nice private, country setting. All furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again on future trips.

Everything was as promised, beautiful cottage, surrounded by acres of woods and in the morning deer wandering around.
