Nikte # 7 è un magnifico condominio attico con splendida vista sull'oceano e una terrazza privata sul tetto. Questa unità di lusso con 3 camere da letto si trova nella parte centrale di Half Moon Bay di Akumal, vicino ai ristoranti La Lunita e La Buena Vida, a pochi passi dall'acquario naturale che è la Laguna di Yalku.
Il condominio conta con un ampio open space, soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina e tutti i comfort moderni come aria condizionata centralizzata, TV a schermo piatto e WIFI. Gli ospiti dell'unità avranno inoltre a disposizione 2 biciclette e 2 paddle board.
Akumal è una piccola comunità balneare con gente del posto ecologicamente sensibile e due baie che ospitano una varietà di vita marina tropicale e tartarughe marine in via di estinzione. Akumal si trova a 20 minuti in auto dalle famose località turistiche di Playa del Carmen e Tulum, e solo un'ora a sud dell'aeroporto internazionale di Cancun.

The condo is spacious and clean with unbelievable views of Half Moon Bay. The rooftop patio is off the charts and is great for star gazing! The management company staff is quick to meet your needs and help with anything you need. I can't wait to go back!

Nikte 7 was a very comfortable, well-designed space with a fantastic view. Management and staff kept the condo and grounds clean. We rented a golf cart from the management company easily. There was snorkeling equipment at the condo that we enjoyed using. Our only complaint was that the elevator was out of service often—enough that we didn’t feel comfortable taking it when it was working. A warning about this would have been helpful, as we had two elderly guests in our party who sometimes had difficulty walking up 4 flights of stairs. Future guests should also know that although we asked two different people for the jacuzzi to be filled up, it never was. It was also dirty.

Beautiful and spacious condo right on the water. Housekeeping staff kept our place super clean. Loved the top floor for star gazing and privacy. Akumal beach was full of sargassum so we didn’t really have a beach experience but the bay was beautiful and up on the top floor we weren’t really bothered by the sargassum. Pool was nice, cool and refreshing. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

loved the condo, beds were very comfy. elevator didn't work three out of 4 days- tough for some of our travelers going up and down 4 flights of stairs. we were told upon arrival that the hot tub wasn't working- that was one of the reasons we chose this unit. It looked like it hasn't been working for a long time... Only a few beach chairs for the whole cond.Staff was helpful
